I love sweet drinks too and like to have with my omad meals . For dinner yesterday I had chicken,broccolie, mushroom and green onion stir fry with 2 avocados on the side and 2 zevias. Your meal sounded so delicious. I didnt know your hubby was Jamaican 😁 My great grandfather is Jamaican but My great grandmother his wife is Sioux and so my grandpa didnt learn anything about the Jamaican side only the Native American part... Well another day down and we're getting through. Yayyyyy we got this 🤗🤗🤗
@@ptownsend39 You're correct... I'm so stressed today but sticking to my plan . I want to eat so bad but I know its just the addiction and wanting to comfort myself.. I still have about 2 hrs before I can eat 😓Then I need to make sure it's low carbs .. This process is not going to be easy but I will stick to it...
