This fixed my issue! The shift actuator was getting weak and dying. Replacing it allowed the spin cycle to work again. Got a replacement part on Amazon for about $30 and its very easy to replace. While your down there, check the Splutch assembly (yep, you read it right) and make sure its in good shape, as it works hand in hand with the shift actuator. Replace it if you see plastic shavings, breaks or splits or the teeth seem worn. Replacement is about $15 for that and also very easy. This saved me hundreds as both technicians I called to consult on repair said it was either the motor or the control board and would cost about $200-400 to fix, or just $50 for a diagnostic visit. Neither of them mentioned the shift actuator or the splutch as possible causes. :-(
Note: Washer is about 9yo at this time with no previous issues.

I have this washer, Thanks for this helpful video! I watched it because my washer was not entering the spin cycle. Thanks for the recommendation, I ordered a new actuator and replaced it with no problems yet the washer does not want to operate now. I apologize for not getting back to you earlier. Two possible problems:
      1) Door Switch : if it’s not working, that might not be letting it run.
      2) Control board: (Don’t be scared, it’s not hard to change at all, it’s just plug and play)

It doesn’t doesn’t say done do you think that is that little arm on the switch rides on the plastic camera that that you can move that around like they either go on the slot in the plastic or down below it’s kind of a cheesy made part.

Hi Sarah, a professional might be able to tear it apart and take a look. But it’s not worth going that route, cuz it will cost you $80-$90 for tech to come over and have them take a look and then they will might be able to repair it or not, then they will recommend replacing it too. Where as new actuator only costs about $15-$20, and it’s easy to replace just unplugging and plugging the new one. I hope this helps, but let me know if you were trying to ask something else ?

Hi Jeff. Thanks for reaching out. I will try to help you here if i can. So if i understood it correctly, your machine powers on, and rotates and runs for about 10 minutes in wash cycle, and then stops correct? Also, when it stops, does the time move at all and door unlocks? Do you have to unplug the machine to reset the cycle?
If all of the above problems exist, then it's 200% correct that you need to get new Actuator. Please let me know little bit more about what it's doing, and i will be happy to answer.

Hello again, I checked your model. It appears to be pressure water switch that needs to be replaced. What it’s doing is, it’s running the warm or hot water, but when it goes to rinse cycle it’s not getting cold water coming through therefore it stops at that cycle.
