When running sites, set your default orbit or keep at range to 3k. This keeps you in close enough to keep hacking, but far enough away that you can cloak up as soon as something shows up on grid. Then you can warp or maneuver out as necessary. Get into a covops ship and cloak as soon as you can if you plan on doing explo more than just casually. It will keep you much safer in the long run when you can warp out cloaked. Also, clean up all of your sites. If you cargo scan and don’t like the loot, just speedrun the can. Either you win it and get quick loot, or you lose it and allow the site to despawn. Finding a site that’s been picked through after scanning for a long time could be very disappointing for our newbros.
I ran into 2 sites a few days ago that hade half the cargo already hacked and not sure if they spotted me on D-scan or anything becouse i caught a glimps of there ship name at 1 point and it was called "Don´t shoot me plz" so i can only assume it was a new player yet the containers they left hade loot up to 300k in them so not sure why they left that unless they got scared of seeing me on D-scan.
You can't cloak while you have active targets (which you have for the purpose of hacking) so you have to unlock then cloak. It is better instead have your prop overloaded and if you see something on grid, burn out and warp instead. Hit approach and ignore, hug the can. Burn to escape.

Seems you found a covert research facility, when you fail the hack at those sites, there is a chance the tower can go boom and destroy frigrates. Normal tower's explosions don't harm your ship when you blow up from 2 fails. wiki.eveuniversity.org/Ghost_Sites . I'm 99.99% sure normal relic and data site cans do not harm you. that's a big bummer you died, the site you found can have up to a billion isk worth of stuff.

I saw in other video that having 2,5 or 2,9s align time doesn't matter cuz how server tics work, is that true? It only is important if I can get it down from 3,1 to 2,9 for example.
eve rounds up i believe. so yes a 2.5 or 2.9 = 3s align. so if your mods improve you from 2.9 to 2.5 its technically not an upgrade, you would have to break to either 2.0 flat or 1.9 to get down to a 2 second align
I have multiple screens , sorry no easy way around the single screen deficit . Laptop or cellphone for second screen for casual map viewing but updating sigs becomes impossible .
It's a 3rd party web app called pathfinder , it recently went in supported so unless you know how to host stuff on a server you won't be able to use it. That being said If you do go through the work and host it , it is pretty cool . Other tools I know of are trip wire
Always want to have two sets of probes in case you get chased off a set or forget to recall and loose em…. Nothing worse than being stuck in wh space with no scan probes…. 🫡 Covops will save you countless ships and trips back to jita!! (Also not sure if you like it but that camera shake would drive me nuts and does watching your videos as well as the crosshairs so much cleaner and nicer to watch without the crosshairs and the camera shake just my thoughts, great content!!
TBH i think it's not worth the hussle. I live in the system that is a low sec boarder to npc null. The enterance to null leads to little pocket 8 systems in total. When i go for a explo trip, most of the time they are untouched. I usually find 3-5 relic sites and 4-6 data sites not counting the sleeper cashes. I make from 40 to 200 mil for that trip. No dscan spamming, no looking for wormholes.
I didn't hear you mention it but if you include a cargo scanner in your fit you can cargo scan the cans to see if there's anything tasty in them (cherry picking the sites). This is kind of an asshole move since the site won't despawn with unopened cans but it's an option.
How come I don't see you flashing D-scan like every 3 seconds? Or why weren't you cloaked during the signature scanning? Were you confident you were alone in the WH?

Use a cargo scanner to make sure the crate is worth your time to hack or just force blow up

So the numbers tell that there is a utility, system core or defence core nearby?
And do you try to backtrack the WH or just get out the first HS/LS?

so if your mods improve you from 2.9 to 2.5 its technically not an upgrade, you would have to break to either 2.0 flat or 1.9 to get down to a 2 second align

Cant you try to lure the sleepers away from the site and then hack the cans?

I fly a covert tengu and mobile refit. I equip for whatever I need. Combat sites. Relics. Whatever. I can kill anything if I refit for it.

Are null sec sites easier than wormhole sites?
yes, you can do NS sites in things like vexors. Wormhole have C1 -> C6, bigger being harder, a vexor would definitely die to a C3 and maybe even a C2.
Yeah I was trying to do data/relic sites on an alpha tool to make some isk site I wasn't finding many in high sec
