This is total confirmation that my leaving the rat race 20 years ago was worth it, contrary to the doubts and fears about my choices over that time. I grow much of my own food, get my water from a deep spring, grow my own heating fuel and am off grid. Most days I'm outside working, rain or shine, and I eat clean. The hardest times are the couple of months before the Winter Solstice, as the long nights send me stir crazy. But when the year flips, I feel the change and energy increases fast. I may not have much money, but now it truly feels as though I was guided to where I am. Thankyou, Universe ❤

I have to make an important comment here. A big part of the Low T epidemic is that we overmedicate people here in the U.S.A. I am a 40 year-old male, when I was in my late twenties I was diagnosed with very low T by an endocrinologist. He told me it was some psychotropic medicines I had been on for anxiety, depression, etc that caused it. This is why I am a big advocate of alternative therapies for mental heath, other than just throwing Big Pharma pills at people. We often dont get to the root of people's problems, just attempt to mask/cover them. That can prove to be a dangerous road.

Instead of giving you a viable healthy 3-6 month plan to get your testosterone levels back up naturally, they just hand you TRT which you can now never stop or your TRT levels will go lower than what they were before you started. Mostly carnivore, 97%, brush with baking soda rinse with peroxide, avoid tap water, carbs, candy, sugars, vegetables fruits- as untreated, unprocessed, unfertilized as possible and very small amounts, dont smoke, drink alcohol,
bath water sits for a while to let whatever dissapate that will, don't spend much time in there, treat the water with borax, and scrub pad unless unusually dirty, then i just use dish soap and salt to scrub before getting skin wet,
use aluminum free deodorant sometimes, but don't stink the same since toxins reduced. Don't shave, shampoo the hair if I have to, keep it buzzed and the borax water scrubbing is fine,
We've been marketed into a corner and conditioned to believe a lot of bullsh|t about hygiene.
You'll feel more manly when you start being a man about hygiene and diet and not a little kid or metro sexual. This alone will kick your body into testosterone production.
Being free from the mental constraints of society helps too.
Basically, clean enough to be healthy, dirty enough to be happy.
Avoid plastic corporate environments and let your D swing free every now and then
Chill on the constant fapping for a while to experience different chemical arrangements in your body.

I was into health but wasn't super committed, but then I got covid twice in a year while on a bad college student diet and stressed out by college, and my health just tanked. I've been on a long struggle to get my health back and what I've learned in this struggle has been tremendous for improving the rest of my life. The important thing seems to be balance, not moderation. Sometimes you must achieve balance through moderation, but you don't achieve a balance of exercise and rest by exercising moderately and resting moderately. You achieve the best balance by exercising as hard as you can rest. This keeps you system in tip top shape. Same for food. You fast and feast, and make sure the feast is high quality nutrition. Don't snack all day. Avoid balance destroying things like endocrine disruptors as much as you can. These are things where 2 mg is worse than 1 mg and 3 mg is worse than 2, so you even if you can't get to 0, do your best.

The chemicals are listed on the pack of these products for everyone to read, research each and every ingredient on your products so you dont have to become dependent on an app or external source to identify products that disrupt hormones. Men need to buy a shaving brush and a puck of hard shaving soap and a DE razor, its the only safe way to shave.

However the younger generations born and raised here in the US are depressed and anxious due to cultural change and lack of sunlight exposure. In the islands, the sun is out everyday and depression is nonexistent, so much of the older generation is oblivious to it when the younger Polynesians gets in the US get sad and feel down. You realize this is beyond complicated. I believe in what your saying. But into the reality of raising children and living a daily life with limited funds . Sacrificing everyday. So your concept is think of yourself . What you are saying is true. Reality is life we have to live in this world.

1:06 never shave with anything other than just plain old bar soap. Bar soap has glycerin in it, it lathers the same way a shaving soap would. The more you know right?

Testosterone is tied into perceived status. Confident boys with a vision of a bright future for themselves and loved ones will produce high testosterone. Depressed boys with a doomer outlook of the future for themselves and lacking any loved ones will have their testosterone levels plummet.

Overall, good information, except regarding Barbasol. He said it contains paraben & pthalate, which are bad. But I got out my can of Barbasol Sensitive Skin, and read the ingredients and there are none of those listed. Also the label specifically says "Paraben-Free - Pthalate-Free - Dye-Free." I can't vouch for the regular version of Barbasol, but I don't think I need to worry about the Sensitive Skin version of it, in the orange & blue can.

Think about how many women having been taking birth control pills since the 60s. A very bright man told me years ago the estrogen stays in the urine and the sewer water seems up affecting the water supply. He said there are changes in sealife that are results of higher estrogen levels. Is this true? Idk but it's something to think about
