Parker Stapp well we hope this video helps! Yes we totally agree, there are a lot of options for the menu on these. Cuddeback is lucking out with the videos we have made, haven’t paid us a dime and we are the ones helping folks lol

We are having a problem with not all pictures getting sent to home camera...just checked last week...sent 15 pics to home...but 22 didn't get sent to home. What yall think?
Thanks guys for these videos! I love the Cuddelink system, including the new firmware. There is a ton of potential with these, and I'm looking forward to future updates too. I very much recommend extended D battery packs, especially for the cell cam, since home unit is the most important. I wish they were a bit simpler with the menus on the unit. The ability for online remote settings changes is great! Keep up the good work!

Have you ever run into an issue when you set the camera up pictures come to your phone, then for my instance i drive 4 hours back home and dont recieve any pictures from cell cam...yes its turned on because i saw pictures of me walking out...thanks
Has anyone done a walk through of the cuddeback camp website for device administration? Specifically on the "Camera Settings" area? Would be a great video that I cannot seem to find. I have found info on what you can do, but nothing on the best camera settings.
Is there a way to change the settings on the remote cameras from the website or is it only for the home camera?
My link camra picks come threw my dual cell home cam and I get those pics but I don't get my home cell cam pics I don't understand
Good video. I am setting up a Cuddelink Cell system now. I noticed you have the K cameras for your Home. I have G cameras for my home. Have you tried any of the newer G cameras? I wonder what the differences between the K and G models are?

Its seems from what I hear here,, the link cell have problems.. I would do the On site system.. you have a home receiver and all the other cameras sent pics to that one... you can have that one mounted maybe close to a road or something like that,, Just pull the SD card out when ever you want to.. then put in a blank one... don't need no cell plan.. works great .. no problems
Thanks, fellas. Been running the Cuddelink system now for a couple months. Question...Can I remove the SD cards from all the cameras at once, place new cards that have the updated firmware installed into all cameras, update the cameras, and be all good to go or is there more to it? Thanks again.
Ronald Calvird they recommend a factory reset during the firmware update process, so unfortunately there would probably be a little more work. At the very least I would scan through the menus and make sure everything is good!

Thanks...That helped me a lot and made me feel more confident on setting mine up...But I do know DST is Daylight Savings Time. HaHa.
How far on average can you place one camera from another?
Pretty weird how much there isn’t help on TH-cam with cuddlelink system. I read through the manual that came with them and it really doesn’t help or have everything on there that’s on the camera menu. Like the cell link part. Next step is to update firmware. I have main camera and two j series. I think the customer service said have to update all three cameras. Is that correct?
Cameras are taking pictures but won’t send. I did a cell link thing that while I was there I walked to them and got them to send to email but after that not one picture has come in in over a month.

I am having same issue, camera will take pictures but some cameras won't send pictures! Frustrating!!!
how do you change the settings for the camera from the cuddeLink home web site, and what can you all change from the web site
I do know this and I'm learning these cameras as I speak. But the cameras need to have the latest Firmware. I couldn't make any changes on my computer remotely until I updated each camera with same firmware. There is some youtube video tips on that process as well.
You should’ve went through the walking mode and arming mode just for a single camera I have one camera and I can’t figure out to arm it correctly I left it out all night and no pictures were shot

You would want to grab each sd card to edit the original photos as the one sent to the home camera is compressed.
Setting DST to "Auto" does not control "How Far" the camera takes a picture. It is not for DiSTance at all. Setting DST to Auto allows the camera to switch the time when Daylight Savings Time kicks in and out.

Got a cell cam for Home Cam and 7 cams for remotes. Have had several problems in setting them up. (Get about one picture at a time on usually only one cam. My regular cams at same spots are get plenty of pics. The cell does not seem to work well even though all cams are close enough to work. Can't get Cuddeback to answer the phone or respond to a service e-mail. They claim they can't do anything because of Covid 19. That's not good business.
How do I set the PM for the clock?

We run 4 farms with between 4-16 cameras each, and the Cuddeback system has a lot of kinks, but its the least terrible of the different ideas we've tried.

No do not use rechargeable batteries

Sure you tried your best, but still in the video there is too much of "Not really sure about this", and "do not know what this does" and such and such. Will not get these but something with a cell phone app.

this add is how to set up the video feature. It absoletely nothing about how to set up the video. bad video.
Average at best video….I’ve had this system almost a year. Works ok but with glitches. Worst thing about it is the quality of pictures. For the price of this system Cuddeback should be embarrassed.
I guess you should’ve made your own video on it then
