A true gentleman, I visited his restaurant in London (each bite was like the warm embrace of Morpheus himself), he came over to say hello, down-to-earth and passionate about his craft, this man deserves a far greater recognition - currently a sliver of light which will no doubt become a shining beacon (and a great knife too!)

Though i enjoy the ideas from the butter and pasta shorts this series is my favorite content. Maybe because i can see so much of myself in this. Just the other day i took inspiration from your beef cheeks and polenta video and made it with pork shoulder because im broke asf xd.
