Hi, I've seen all 38 episodes of all things butter and am inspired to start making some of my own. But I have one question, how do you store all your butter?
I remember months and months ago when you had 12-15k subscribers, and I first saw your channel- wild garlic sauce pasta and a roasted bone marrow dish. I thought you were quality enough that you should have hundreds of thousands of subs, or more… I was surprised, and expected you to grow rapidly. Now you’re at 150k ~. Well done.
