- In this opening episode, we are introduced to Derek, who shares his knowledge about raising native blackface sheep in the picturesque hills of Islay. These sheep are given ample time to mature and are raised in a natural, unrestricted environment. As a result, the mutton they produce is slightly larger and possesses a more exquisite and tender taste. Later, we venture into the breathtaking dusk scenery, where we prepare a delightful flatbread with mutton and tomatoes, using the Gozney dome for cooking.

I know he’s massive on tik tok but wtf people this dude is epic and deserves more exposure on TH-cam.
This is a breath of fresh air from the heavily edited and expensive dishes you see on TH-cam! Seeing some of ma home culture with a simple dish is a rare experience and really nice to see. Keep this going mate, it’s a class series so far.
Beautiful cinematography!
Straker the lad, cooking up outdoor delights!
So underrated
I don’t comment much on videos, but this is just the content that’s the best of all the worlds. Quite experienced on watching TH-cam cooking videos, but a new video from this channel always makes my day. I’m currently micro-dosing the other videos from this channel to make sure that I’m not running out. Keep it up man, this is just the best. As all other in this comment section, really hope that this series is going to bring you even more. Wishing you all the best
What I wouldn't do to have been there and had that dish a la minute. This is real cooking at the highest level.
greatest cooking production I've seen to date
The YT channel is underrated I know the TikTok is going good but the quality of these long form videos 10/10
Big fan Thomas! The sort of cooking I grew up on. Excited for more episodes and let me know if you ever wanna throw down together, chef 🔥
Top notch ❤
Hoping this to be a breakthrough for your channel ❤
Aaaaaah so that's why olive oil's so expensive in Spain... It was all purchased by British people so they could spend 2 l each dish 😂😂😂
Favourite channel, keep making videos!!
Thank you for your amazing work
I love this video! Please do more can’t wait to see more of you
I just found this channel and it's a revelation. Nice to see the great work you're doing.
I can’t eat lamb or mutton (hurl), but my god am I going to suffer through a video about the subject matter, because I’ve fallen down the rabbit hole that is your marvellously wonderful channel this eve (cheers TH-cam algorithm 🥰)and I might possibly ❤️ you!
Make more long format videos, please. They’re good.
Back in business! Lovely stuff
Taking Jamie Oliver oiling to new levels

Really love your videos especially the ones cooking with fire
Man you put together some very unique flavours profiles ! Awesome work dude
Looking forward to this!
Damn that looks good. Would love to cook it at home, but I’d get poor quickly with all that olive oil 😂
Love it!
Looks great.

Don’t stop making these

Love mutton but it's hard to find in the States. Some of the halal stores sell it, but I live in the deep South so they are few and far apart.
"Jamie oliver mortar and pestle". Cheeky.
bit less contrast and desaturation please otherwise its hard to see
Wtf man, I’ve been learning English for 15 years, I primarily watch English-speaking youtube last 4-5 years and I didn’t understand A SINGLE WORD on 1:15
Wtf were they talking about?)
Video is stunning though
English is my first language but the Scottish accent I can't understand at all
About time you showed up...
quick question what brand olive oil is that?
