You saved money in plastering, putty ,primer, Painting , steel , concrete what benifit did the customer get ? Price is higher than regular construction, customer is happy because he doesn't know all these details when you are saving so much money then why expensive than regular construction?

Over the top of that, these are healthier buildings than normal concrete and steel structures with toxic chemical paintings..the human health aspect of sustainable houses doesn't get due credit while comparing the cost factor. Savings on medical bill is the biggest saving which happens over a period of time. Ultimately, recognising value for money is subjective, it goes by one's taste, isn't it?
Is this the best explanation you have that you are saving medical bills , for that people have medical Insurance, can you give guarantee that people staying in home constructed by you will never go to hospital? You are just selling fear , its like selling pack of potato chips , full of air less investment more profit
