This week was all about yard work, sunshine, busy days and busy sites!
I spent a lot of the week head in laptop, writing CV’s, dealing with accountants, but managed to sneak in some digger work to keep me sane.
The team had a great week out on sites, some nearing completion and others making great progress! I revisited a job from last year to discuss new work and a maintenance package which is great!
Something more exciting… I share a new business idea that looks to innovate the industry. Adding another offering into Hardwood, making modern design more accessible and integral to the sales process.
All in, another great week with lots to be excited about! Great to see the channel growing, and a massive thank you to my new subscribers!

I’m based in the U.S. It was wild to learn a few episodes back your industry is not regulated but to also hear the news about your company’s plans to use technology was dope to hear.
Thinking about what and how your industry will look and feel is great forward thinking to have. I believe disrupting an unregulated industry through process innovation will serve your company and clients well.
Is there an opportunity for you and your new design partner to create a scalable product or community for designers across the UK landscape market to leverage the technology and improve industry practices or predictive analytics for maintenance projects?

Managing a client's dreams and expectations against their budget is a constant battle. We're going down the route of a questionnaire early on to enable us to ensure we are a good fit and that their budget is realistic for their project. Enjoying the videos 👍
