Totally agree it's a shame this house was left to rot. The front architecture shows individuality and pride of craftsmanship. Too bad they don't build houses like this anymore. Everything is seemingly cookie-cutter, quantity over quality. Awesome cleanup...amazing how just a little landscaping can instantly improve the value of a property.

Once I became a homeowner I realized they’re actually organisms that require constant care and attention. Not some inanimate object that can withstand decades of neglect.
I don't understand how or why your community allows these homes to just remain vacant for so long, and also not maintained. If they were taxed for being vacant and unkept maybe owners would sell them. Here in Toronto they would build 3 houses on a property that size!

I love watching the other landscapers, but, you, Spencer, are my favorite to watch. You are as thorough as possible and I love watching you make the sidewalks and curbs appear. It hard work, but you do great work! Thank you for your videos and your sacrifice of work.
I think he's one of my favorite also, but they all have big hearts to do this work for community's. Bless their hearts. I was just told I have cancer, I love doing yard work, and hope I will continue for a long time.
It's always sad to see such neat houses going to rack and ruin. Astounding how even clearing the curbing makes a huge difference. That would have made some good pasture land for a few animals. It would be great if you could make the neighboring house look as good.
Please do the second home of the two abandoned homes side by side. You do awesome work! I love to see the cleaning you do. I ‘m bed ridden now but felt the same way about laundry and such. Just a good feeling of something dirty being so clean. God Bless you always!

Such a older home was once upon a grand and lovely. You helped make that evident. I would hope someone would once again take care and restore it. You did a fantastic job.
Thanks for getting the side walks and street drainage cleared for the neighborhood. Also, for trimming the low branches and dragging the fallen limbs out of the way. I hope you will do the next door house next week. I know the neighbors are happy and inspired to keep up their lawns even better than normal.
Your channel is one of thr big reasons why me and my son started cutting grass. The joy and happiness that people have when your done the job, priceless. But at the same time spending time and showing my son how to cut and make money the right way with blood, sweat and heat is the best way to show you love them. Right now we are cutting with a lawnmower and a weed eater. Trying to save money for a used riding lawnmower for more time to get things done right.
What a cute little house, can you imagine what it was like back in the day! So sad! You gave it a great facelift by just doing the lawn, edging & hauling off branches! Yes please do the yard next door! Thank you for all that you do for the communities!😊💜
I absolutely want to see this house next door Spencer! You’re a blessing to your community! I sure hope that they appreciate you as much as I do! God Bless You and your Family! ❤️🙏❤️💫
I think, for some of us, this is an over whelming task, ‘where to start’, ‘where’s the edge of the walk?’ ‘Weed eat?’ Edger?” And i see you blow dry that first walk, and I’m already sucked in. You do amazing work. I sense it heals a part of you because you’re passionate about what you do, you help the community and you make an eyesore turn into sparkles. On video, it’s a whole 52 minutes… but in reality it’s 6-8 hours of back breaking, weed shoveling, blow drying, hedge trimming, lawn mowing work!! It’s quite pleasing to the eyes, the transformation that you do, kudos thanks so much!
This was an abandon house that no one lived in. Your best work is geared toward a homeowner that can not do it for themselves, and the joy and elation they feel when you complete a job they may have been stressing over for a very long time and just haven’t been able to do anything about it and had no one to help them. Then you come along 👏🏼😃👏🏼I love the reaction of the home owners after a job well done 🙌🏼

Oh wow those edges were very overgrown good thing you like those types of jobs and you really do make them look better once they are cleaned up and tidy again. Keep up the awesome work Spencer and have a great weekend with Mrs. SB.
Oh my gosh what a mess those sidewalks and street curbs were. I'm saying you don't need a gym membership after what you do every week with a shovel.. Great job on the lawn. You bless so many cleaning up lawns and making them look good for the community.
Yes! Help this neighbor regain its dignity! Those houses are beautiful even if they are in disrepair! I just started watching your channel today and i absolutely love what you do! You and your wife are such kind souls. Keep up the good work!
In my 40s I used to do this kind of work to make the street by my house look more appealing. Most of the home owners were pretty good about keeping their yards in order. A few houses were occupied by elderly folks, and they had become over-grown. Of course, now I'm an elderly person,....I'm 70 and crippled. I pay a middle aged couple, who do the yard work for me. During Corona Virus years, I had to let things go. I loved improving the yards near mine, when I was able bodied. I did it for free,....and I made my whole street look real pretty. Great job there fellow!
Bruh, You are truly an inspiration for many of us - not only by showcasing the work that you do, but the love you put into it. Thank you so much and may the God we serve continue to bless you in ways that's beyond all our understanding.
I cant get over the size of that yard! What I could do with that much land is beyond imagination. A big garden for sure. The house is really cute also but it may be to far gone to save but I sure wish someone would. Great job once again on another lost home
I can see a wishbone side walk and two front entrances on that wrap porch. Some sort of stain glass window should highlight that central window. Also, I'd put two small parking lots camouflaged with evergreen shrubs to the side limits of the property. Naturally that place will always have visitors. The driveway on the left will lead to a multi vehicle garage in the back. May need to build a guest/servant quarters in the back yard in the style of the house: simple late Victorian. And from experience, if the house were lifted 1 1/2 feet it would present so much better. Think of yellow daffodils inside that wishbone side walk and continue with all the next blooming bulbs of the spring, summer and fall. My imagination could go on and on. By the way the house next door seems interesting!
Once beautiful cottage. And large beautiful yard so sad it got abandoned and unloved today. Thank goodness you came and rescued the yard. I hope someone comes and rescues the rest of the property in the home and brings it back to its former glory cause it sure is a beautiful beautiful home.
Me too! I think of how many families that must have lived in that house. I pray that someone can restore it too, and not let a wrecking ball destroy it. 😢
You did a great job on this property! It's a sweet looking house in spite of condition. Might be too far gone, but the neighborhood looks nice and it has a nice large lot. Too bad some family doesn't snap it up now that you have the property looking so clean. I vote for you to do the adjoining property too!
I was always taught to work smarter, not harder! But when you’re done, it looks absolutely fantastic here. I am sitting watching a guy on TH-cam mowing never thought in 1 million years I’d ever be watching something like this on TV. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

That is certainly a lot of work to maintain these lots, & you always do a phenomenal job. Your attention to detail & work ethic is just out of this world. I so enjoy watching you perform work you obviously love to do. Thank you. My best regards to you & Mrs. SB.
I love the work you do taking neglected yards and making them look loved! I think you should do the yard next door, too. Don't leave the 2nd old house's yard hanging! Let them both get the spa treatment you provide!
this is the kind of stuff "squatters" are useful for, not taking advantage of families of recently deceased parents whose children are struggling financially to maintain the house they inherited
That house is gorgeous and such a work of art. The work in the wood and design is lovely. What a waste. Nice yard too. The potential is huge. I am always surprised when the gutters and footpaths are revealed. Looks great. So much work. The council should be ashamed of itself.

I was just going to ask, what state is this beautiful home located, If anyone knows? 🤷♀️
Same here!
Add to that "creative heart"....deep $$$$ pockets!😂
What a charming little Victorian, with its sweet single-story and delicate gingerbread trim on the front porch. You can almost feel the warmth and love that once filled this home. It was so cherished, a true gem in its time. Here’s hoping it can find that spark of love again and be restored to its former beauty.
It always breaks my heart to see these beautiful older homes abandoned. Thank you for your dedication.
Especially with all the homeless people across this country.
Amen!
@@324cmac I was thinking the same thing
And especially with all the modern cookie cutter over priced homes out there.
Great job with the best results... Advocate Iqbal Afinwala Indian lawyer.i also want to serve honorary...I m at Ottawa since April...
This is a beautiful old house, even in disrepair. You’ve given it dignity and brought it up to its former glory. Thank you Spenser. Keep up the good work.
This place is crazy overgrown. It’s a good thing you’re not afraid of work. If I was one of the neighbors there I’d take up a collection and pay you to keep it mowed. Bless you young man. Can you imagine what a beautiful place this was in the past. It would cost a fortune to build one that detailed nowadays. ❤
I love watching you clean those abandoned houses. The yards look so great when you're done. You're a kind soul to do this work for the neighborhood.😸
I love watching the other landscapers, but, you, Spencer, are my favorite to watch. You are as thorough as possible and I love watching you make the sidewalks and curbs appear. It hard work, but you do great work! Thank you for your videos and your sacrifice of work.
Same here!
AGREED!!
💯
😢Thank you so much! It really means a lot to me!
I think he's one of my favorite also, but they all have big hearts to do this work for community's. Bless their hearts. I was just told I have cancer, I love doing yard work, and hope I will continue for a long time.
What an interesting house. It’s a shame it has been left to fall apart. Great job cleaning up the neighborhood.
It's always sad to see such neat houses going to rack and ruin. Astounding how even clearing the curbing makes a huge difference. That would have made some good pasture land for a few animals. It would be great if you could make the neighboring house look as good.
You are doing such a public service. It will brighten and uplift that neighborhood. We Americans need to work together to make things better.
Please do the second home of the two abandoned homes side by side. You do awesome work! I love to see the cleaning you do. I ‘m bed ridden now but felt the same way about laundry and such. Just a good feeling of something dirty being so clean. God Bless you always!
This house looks like it was the cutest little home for someone. It's such a shame that now it is falling down. Your cleanup looks great. Seeing the next door property would be great. I love how you are doing a service for your community and able to be compensated at the same time. Amazing business model.
I don't comment often, but DANG. Those sidewalks were insane, and that back yard was a meadow! You DEFINITELY should do the next door house!
Your talent, your generosity, and your kindness are truly inspiring.
In a world where so much selfishness exists, you are an example to the rest of us.

I'd love to know the story behind all these abandoned old houses, when they were built, etc. This would have been a lovely home in its day. I love how you include lots of photos from different angles. Great work! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
a HOA was introdused rofl
SB king, go for it. Every good you do will multiply. I know the community you have already cleaned up must be grateful for your hard work and if not don't worry, we your followers know that good people get 7 × bless. Keep moving forward with what you lo🙏
Great job all you do.
What a beautiful property in its day! At least you restored the yard to its former glory! Great job Spencer!
Thank you so much!
Do you have the address for the home? Looks like 425 but not sure about the street
These videos are so satisfying to watch! I bet that guy sleeps well every night!!! Awesome work!! Maybe someone will now see the lovely old house and want to save it too!!
Sad that these have been abandoned for so long. They were cute houses once upon a time. Great job!
Thank you so much! I totally agree about the houses
and yet, we are supposed to be having a housing crisis. what gives??
Such a older home was once upon a grand and lovely. You helped make that evident. I would hope someone would once again take care and restore it. You did a fantastic job.
Thanks for getting the side walks and street drainage cleared for the neighborhood. Also, for trimming the low branches and dragging the fallen limbs out of the way. I hope you will do the next door house next week. I know the neighbors are happy and inspired to keep up their lawns even better than normal.
Nice job, Spencer. Neighbor yard, your choice. ♥️👍
Yes, please do the yard next door next week as well. I'll watch, like and comment.
It hurts my heart that such a cute house is left to decay. And it has a nice piece of property.
I absolutely want to see this house next door Spencer! You’re a blessing to your community! I sure hope that they appreciate you as much as I do! God Bless You and your Family! ❤️🙏❤️💫
I hope someone restores this house.
Also .. yes to do the one next door.
Interested to see the crazy mannequin in the back yard!
Satisfying end results, back breaking work though! I can’t stand a messy yard, this guy kills it.
I agree. And btw it's called leaf blowing, not blow drying. Just saying.😊
Blow dry? 😒
Well said.
😊
Start from the outside, work your way in.
Criticism not allowed.
He did it for the neighborhood and out of appreciation for this little gem.
He did it on his own. You have no right to criricize...
What have You done, lately?
I love when you expose the sidewalks and make the neighbourhoods accessible again. Thanks for making such high quality content.
ETA: you should absolutely do the house next door.
There was that point early in the video, about 5:25 when I sat forward and said out loud in wonder, "There's a curb in there!"
That one sidewalk looks like a death trap
Oh wow those edges were very overgrown good thing you like those types of jobs and you really do make them look better once they are cleaned up and tidy again. Keep up the awesome work Spencer and have a great weekend with Mrs. SB.
Thank you so much!
Oh my gosh what a mess those sidewalks and street curbs were. I'm saying you don't need a gym membership after what you do every week with a shovel..
Great job on the lawn.
You bless so many cleaning up lawns and making them look good for the community.
I was pretty sore after this job! Thanks for the support!
God bless you!
Much Respect Sir and Blessings to you. ❤😊
@@cowboykelly6590 Thanks.
Yes do the neighbor yard what a beautiful little house today🌞
Bruh,
You are truly an inspiration for many of us - not only by showcasing the work that you do, but the love you put into it.
Thank you so much and may the God we serve continue to bless you in ways that's beyond all our understanding.
Spencer, I would love to know where this unpainted lady is?
I guess I should elaborate. Victorian house were named painted ladies for the many elaborate colors of paint they were given.
You brought out the beauty of the forgotten yard and house! 🥰 I approve of doing the other yard. Remarkable!
I cant get over the size of that yard! What I could do with that much land is beyond imagination. A big garden for sure. The house is really cute also but it may be to far gone to save but I sure wish someone would. Great job once again on another lost home
You could build another house in that garden, it's enormous!!
I love this house but sad to see its deteriorating state. Wish could go back in time to its origin. Spacious yards were probably the normal back then.
I couldn't believe how big the back yard was!
Beautiful yard and a job well done once again Sir!!!
dude you actually helping raise the value of those properties/houses, you should be rewarded for that. for real.
Мне кажется, его работа повышает стоимость недвижимости всего района 👍😉
I would LOVE this property. I'm sure it needs ALOT of work, but the design and layout, with the trees is SO CHARMING to me🥰
Yes, with restoration and new fresh landscaping and a new paint job: A Show place.
I bought my bad boy lawn mower last year and it to weeds and brush that stood over 16 feet tall down in two passes , It is a bad boy indeed
The drone shots are a fantastic addition!! Would love to see this house restored.
Me too! I think of how many families that must have lived in that house. I pray that someone can restore it too, and not let a wrecking ball destroy it. 😢
I was thinking about the same thing!
Spencer,
You always do such a great job on these neglected yards. You always leave the lots, streets and curbs clean. You are doing such a favor to these neighborhoods. God bless you for all you do. You are truly a remarkable young man.
Thank you so much, your support really means a lot to me!
Wow Spencer that’s a huge undertaking!!!!! Good on you 👏👏👏👏👏 Excellent transformation 👍🥰
Hey, nice job. I've been a horticulturist for almost 50 years and I know how much work that is. Cudos for your time and effort. Believe me it doesn't go unnoticed.
I am 68 years and love working in my yard and garden. Your videos are fun to watch.
Great job Spencer.... you are inspirational to so many people! Thanks for saving this house from drowning in overgrowth.🌿👍
That is a beautiful little house. I'd love to fix something like that up.
That home was gorgeous, sad to see it falling apart. As always, you do an awesome job!
U r the hardest working man and I’m a UPS driver. Thx for caring and donating. Thx also for blowing the grass off the rd seen many motorcycle accidents caused by grass blown in rd. U r awesome!!!! God bless
Wow.
It's not until you zoom out with your drone that I can see just how large & sprawling some of these lawns are. That is certainly a lot of work to maintain these lots, & you always do a phenomenal job. Your attention to detail & work ethic is just out of this world. I so enjoy watching you perform work you obviously love to do. Thank you. My best regards to you & Mrs. SB.
What a charming old home. A little tlc and it could be made beautiful once again!❤😊
This is one of your top ten amazing transformations!!! Great job as always and God Bless.❤️💜
Great job. Yes, mow next door. It’s interesting watching how you handle the overgrowth.
I love the work you do taking neglected yards and making them look loved! I think you should do the yard next door, too. Don't leave the 2nd old house's yard hanging! Let them both get the spa treatment you provide!
So many abandoned houses. It’s almost criminal how many there are! Kudos to You for caring!! Amazing work ethic.
En so many people homeless....
this is the kind of stuff "squatters" are useful for, not taking advantage of families of recently deceased parents whose children are struggling financially to maintain the house they inherited
I would love to see you do that lawn! I want to see that mannequin!!
That house is gorgeous and such a work of art. The work in the wood and design is lovely. What a waste. Nice yard too. The potential is huge. I am always surprised when the gutters and footpaths are revealed. Looks great. So much work. The council should be ashamed of itself.
Hello anna
You’ve got a lot of expensive equipment to do a superb job.
Man you are incredible!!! You will certainly be blessed for all your hard work….Wishing you huge blessings
Great job as always. I love how you edit the video and make it look like you go hide behind the tree with one tool in your hand and come right out with another tool; like a magician. Thank you for what you are doing for each community and everyone you touch.
That's an adorable house. Like other posts, I would have loved to see it in its prime. Thank you Spencer for making her shine a little brighter.
Hello Rhonda
It is just divine. How could it not be salvedged? What a huge block! I live in Australia and I can't imagine a house like this would be left abandoned.
What an absolutely beautiful lil lady this old home is. What fun it would be to restore her to her glory days! Thank you Spencer for tidying her up. Pristine work as always.
🙏🏻❤️🇺🇸🦅
Thank U for stepping up 😊 I can not believe this is going on in a City's, just terrible 😢 breaking my Heart, I wonder why no big investors just get on these properties and turn into home's, very sad too see, once was Beautifully ne3ds TLC!!! ❤ GREAT JOB!! ❤
Great job again Spencer! That grass was THICK! It sure makes a big difference to the neighborhood. I would love to see you do the next door neighbor’s house as well! Thank you for all your wonderful yard videos! 🙏🏻❤️
Man that curb, steps and side walk were so deeply hidden, and backyard was such hugely overgrown and as always amazing and awesome work Spencer brother and God bless you and your family. Please do the house next door as ur next fridays video
The way you pay respect to the neighborhoods you visit with your community service is incredible, you are a great human being, hahaha, hahaha, hahaha!!! Keep up the good work, it will all come back to you positively.
Has been the last hour or so watching you cut the yard! I can’t believe how much I enjoyed it! it reminded me when I used to watch my daddy over the yard. God bless you.
I would love to see that yard done. As always, you did a great job. God Bless you for all the hard work you do.
Spencer so good of you to get the sidewalk back for peoples saftey❤❤😊😊😊
The bones of this house are so cute. It is a shame it is in such a mess. You are a good man, Scott. You must have a back made of steel!
That charming little house must've been so happy after your visit❤ that man said it perfectly, the neighbors rejoice after SBMowing shows some love♥️
It is heartwarming to see a young person with so much dedication, discipline and pride in his work. Thank you! It is rewarding to watch the whole video and see the end result. Bless you.
I know that lawn maintenance isn't everyone's first choice as a subject to a video. but to me i like to see the transformations that Spencer here does. you do a really good job and helping the neighbors by cleaning up their neighborhood one eyesore at a time. i am surprised you do not have 5 million subscribers by now. here is hoping it happens one day very soon. thank you Spencer. this lawn looks like it was a nightmare. but you got it done.
Spencer, thank you for cleaning this property for the neighborhood. Perfect filming. Even the drone has no camera dizzy. Neighbors - contact the owner, which could be in an estate. Also, contact the county or city. It’s the owner’s responsibility to keep it maintained. Please let this be the season of change.
I couldn't get over the size of this yard who would abandon a home with that much property! The walkways were SO much work! You should have used Al's big red monster 😅 Do you know the guy from the Boring Channel? Can you tell him to speed up his videos like you and Al do? It takes less timely and patience. Great job on this beautiful property, hopefully someone will buy this property and start taking care of it.
That house could be adorable!!!! I'd love to have it!
Good job, you put a lot of hard work into it....thank you!!!!😊
You are Killing me SMALLS.!!!!DO 1 LAP with your MOWER/ then you can see the edge of the SIDEWALK & you are only dealing with 2" of grass instead of 3' , BUT I LOVE YOUR WORK AND YOUR HEART!!!!
