  • Part 2 Installation of the TT Motorsports Long Travel kit on the 1997 Toyota 4Runner Prerunner Build.
    Building and Installing the Shock Towers, Relocating any fuel lines and wiring. Shock setup and mounting. Fox 3.0 x 10" bypass shock and Sway a way 2.5 x 10" coilover.
    Future videos will show install of air bumps and engine cage, along with full roll cage and rear suspension installation.

    You guys deserve more appreciation, I weld at home and do my own basic fab and it’s a pain so I can imagine how much longer it takes to dedicate videos like this to enthusiasts like me ! Awesome work I love it !

    Never would have imagined this type of fabrication was so involved. No wonder it takes quite a long time to build one of these trucks. Pretty impressive.

      Yeah it's not quite as simple as bolting on some parts which some companies lead you to believe.

      Thanks and no I don't have any Silverado kits I actually sold my design to te design who fixed a couple issues and sells it as their kit now

      Yeah towers by themselves run $600 I have a set in stock

      Our kit is weld on and cycles 18inch of travel where tc or camburg are bolt on and cycle less travel

    What's the extra width on each side from stock, 2 inch or More, tks, love the vids

      This kit puts the trucks around 85" wide with 12.50 tires its about 5.5" wider per side than stock.

    Just curious. What thickness plate steel do you use for your a arms and towers. I'm assuming it's 4130 chromoly.

      all 3/16" P&O mild steel. 4130 would be better but cost prohibited for a kit I offer for everyone to assemble themselves.
