The best way to increase your abilities is to increase your chi power, and the best way to do that is to do a high power nei kung. ... 'Real' nei kung, keeping in mind that a lot of what is sold these days as nei kung is not real nei kung. The best ways are to do zhan zhuang with low stances and Tien Shan Nei Kung, which is the only nei kung that I know of which is real. You should read the book "A Lineage of Dragons" in order to see a detailed explanation of the stages of progress a person goes through when on a real path.
