Fajin / Explosive Strike / One Inch Punch
มุมมอง 3.1K4 ปีที่แล้ว
This is more like a true one inch punch than the one made popular by Bruce Lee, because what he showed was more like a push, it had a lot of "long" energy in it, whereas in a typical one inch or explosive strike, the victim does not move back very far, they mainly just drop straight down. Of course Bruce wouldn't demonstrate a true explosive strike against a person, because normally it is consi...

    Totally agree and thank you Sir for your vid, its truly rare to find a master who is genuine and truthful. I started mediation (Zen) because I liked the calmness it brings me, I do also have knowledge of Taoist meditation but always preferred the softer natural way of breathing... Fast forward 10 years, I was able to still do everything that a hard, hard/soft Chi-Gong style practitioner can do but they didn't even seem to be as half as sensitive to energy or the energy of the environment as me (including weather, people and animals), but to be fair I think I was bless by my mothers genes as she is a sensitive person. I also noticed mental and emotional changes to myself (more patient, compassion and understanding of others and myself). This did seem to correlate to my internal/condensed chi and my channels fully cleared/unblocked.

You're a typical westerner lying about something you know nothing about. Genuine Mo Pai is only found among masters who were born and raised in the east.

    Be very wary of those online insulting other schools. Those creating their own definitions of Neigong versus Qigong. Which is simply internal work versus energy work. And yeah thousands of us have learned Neigong practices online from extensive video courses years long in length. The only prerequisite is that's a master or qualified disciple teaching and a student who can follow instructions. Especially easy when you have a background of learning from spiritual masters or martial arts masters in person in the past. Online learning is very easy through videos when you have a foundation already built. But can be done even without this. It is useful to have corrections that want some things that you are doing physically if there's movement involved. Be very wary of TH-camrs who are criticizing other people's methods and just spitting out criticism instead of teaching you their system or spiritual useful practical teachings. Criticism is very cheap. Man I wish I never found this channel lol. But I have to speak my higher truth for the benefit of others. This is so toxic this channel. Learn from a teacher who can show you how to quantitatively and qualitatively measure energy centers or chakras, and the spiritual cord up to your own higher soul. This will give you the foundation of discernment which then you can judge which teachers actually have spiritual energy and strong spiritual connection versus which ones are baby beginners pretending to be a masters. It's so priceless to have these tools of spiritual discernment to see through these people. They themselves think they are experts so they speak very confidently with their attacks on others. It's sad and unfortunate. Find a spiritual school that teaches character building and virtues and energetic exercises for these. It's not just about energy generation practices or intellectual knowledge even if accurate, but specific techniques to clean out negative thoughts emotions and other entities from your system. And about virtuous actions in your day-to-day life with your thoughts, words and deeds. Energy practices alone will never take you to enlightenment without years and years of character development and inner purification of one's character, and service to humanity. There are many levels of enlightenment or illumination. How wide your spiritual cord is from your crown chakra to your higher soul gives a clear indication of current spiritual development. Once you learn to measure that accurately, Even from a distance no one can fool you. No charlatan pretending to be a master can fool you. Even If they seem knowledgeable, You will know if they have achieved no significant spiritual development.

  • @greg6509
    @greg6509 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I don't know how I got here from Dynamo Jack videos lol. I dislike having to break it to you, but you're no master, not even an ordinary student. Very small spiritual cord/antakarana to the divine. There's not much Shen or spiritual energy descending into you from your higher soul into your crown chakra or bai hui point. Plus you clearly have anger issues from this video. Now granted I only watched the first couple minutes and the last couple minutes as your energy is not clean, but man you need to find a spiritual teacher who can teach you the real methods. Especially character building exercises. I know you think you know it all but you don't. There's many versions of the microcosmic orbit that aren't even public in any book. And the higher levels of Kundalini yoga meditation that use the microcosmic circuit in ways I can't speak about. And several different valid yogic methods of doing this depending upon your school and lineage. And yes it can be done with or without movement but it does not need to be done with physical movement at all. The higher practices don't involve physical movement as you leave your body during a certain portion intentionally to unite with your higher soul in yoga or Union. There's so much more but I cannot reveal as I've signed waivers with my Spiritual Teacher. However I will say I benefited from ordinary sitting microcosmic orbit practices before I met my spiritual master. Learning from my first Qigong master. And learned it from another Qigong master in several different ways as well. Both sitting and standing post. As well as macrocosmic orbits from three schools. These various methods worked and had benefit and never drained me. In fact, they inherently energized me. It's really important to do character building, inner purification exercises when doing Qigong, neigong or yogic Kundalini practices. I wish you the best with your character development. Somehow I got here after you insulting Mo Pai. Never studied it but it's fun for inspiration. Anyways I don't want people in the comments to think you know what you're talking about because you may dissuade them from real spiritual teachers. I'm not here to promote anything. I just recommended learning to scan your spiritual cord up to your higher soul and accurately measure how small it is, before insulting other instructors and methods you don't fully understand. Knowing the size of your spiritual cord gives us humility. In fact it's essential to teach humility and to keep your ego in check. Myself included, as an ordinary student in my lineage of yoga and healing.

    MO PAI is a groundbreaking system; the issue, as has been emphasized numerous times in both Kung Fu movies and Star Wars, is that one must have a pure heart. That's where the secret lies. The second matter is - who is the teacher? This can be learned from the 2010 film "Chico Xavier". The training must be undergone alone in the forest, just like others including Masutatsu Oyama did. Good luck.

    Think instead of getting annoyed, you're looking at this from the wrong perspective. Sure someone who is not serious will play around with the book and move onto the next. But rather its a funnel for serious students who will seek out the teacher to learn more, plus they'll have the very very basics down that a teach never wants to handle anyways, normally delegating to a more senior student to run them through. Its a way to sort the wheat from the chaff

  • @dkcarey1

    I concur, its not a 1" punch if you retract the hand and then drive forward. The 1" punch is from and in Wing Chun. You generate power from where you're at, through your structure. If you "wind up" to deliver the power you're doing it wrong. And yes, many times bruce demonstrated it incorrectly because he couldn't do it, at least initially. So his demonstration was a "fake it till you make it" kind of thing. The main purpose of the 1" punch in WC is not for demonstrations, but if someone hard blocks your hand close to the target (chest, face, etc..), that you can slip around/redirect, and still deliver a powerful blow from where you're at. The Ginger Fist can be used in similar fashion with sideway motion.

    Hmmmm... Yin Yang need a point of reference. It can be applied to anything. Applied to mathematics, point of refference would be 0, negative numbers would be Yin, and positive numbers would be Yang. I think Yin and Yang applied to energy have to do with polarities of our human energy. Polarities do exist. In applied kinesiology, during muscle testing, you put your palmar surface of your hand over the head of your partner and the muscle is working ok, but if you put dorsal surface of your hand, over his head, muscle can test weak. Or other way around.

    This is like some one outside the house would describe what is going on inside the house. Internal is when you create an electromagnetic version of yourself, separate from your inside your physical body. This is done buy moving without moving (moving in stillness) which activates all the nerves up to , just before the calcium gates discharge into muscles contraction. The next stage is to counter move these movements without moving to build a capacitance charge.

    The real outer alchemical creative/ generative force is invigorating bringing vitality, faster cellular regeneration, don't get bruised or scratched as easily especially with abstinence./ non-ejaculation for years. People can play with fire and burn themselves, you can drop a match into a garbage can full of paper and wind up burning your entire apartment or home or abode with everything in it, if you drop it onto some kindling's and wood you can start and nurture a fire living in nature to warm yourself or even prolong and save your life from freezing. Said what I NEEDED TO IN THIS METHAPHOR, you must learn purging emissions and stagnant blockages and stagnant discharged energies, grounding barefoot on earths best I'D RECOMMENT WITH OLD YANG STYLE TAI CHI or Dao Yin learning closing and openings, being inside and outside simultaneously, things like tibetan blood washing chi palm technique helps this along various channels throughout the body. Also Microcosmic orbit must be prefrmed/performed yuge yuge (again & again) over and over from base perineum first lumbar up the back down and around the front of body returning to and through the lower dantien, when the lower cauldron bellows circulating each circumference cycle purifys the jing (essence) Daoist internal alchemy, jing is within the sperm and is used to heal and purify oneself, withheld by abstinence is acuminates/accumulates from the mingen (gate of life) is used to transmute or transform in the vital essence which once refined moves from the lower and middle Dan tiens /Dantians, There are 3 and all base emotions, the centers where emotions are felt by one of 2 either a positive or negative physical sensation. I'd go on but I digress. Can't just give up the spiritual path, there's layers of deeper things to get through, the only thing you know is what you don't know, don't think yourself a master n that you have it all figured out, such practices requires good humility to learn, goodness in character qualities, divine over demoniac qualities, LOVING DEVOTION TO THE LORD/ ORIGINATING, CREATING, GENERATING SUPREME SPIRIT Above & below existing within and without all things. Human beings true nature is divine made to cultivate oneself in the mode of goodness, Few will ever be eligible to know such knowledge and remain in darkness and ignorance operating only for sensory gratification/ pleasure is all they seek operating in the mode of passion or mode of Ignorance and darkness opposite of goodness as according to the three modes of nature (GUNAS(, The most valuable things, is the light of/in wisdom/knowing overstanding/understanding following natures laws. Multiversal laws. blessing to the ones that know are they very rare among men that deserve to know will know/understand. Entire process of NEI DAN OR NEI GONG is never ending until obtaining the golden elixir of immortality then appearing outside in space as many, very well read and wise ones will understand this metaphone/description, even then spiritual path continues to the peak of the multitude of heavenly planes of existence above this one. So much vitality with years of competent correct practice through severe discipline//penance that gradually the practitioner will require less food and drink/water or sleep until neither is actually required for surviving anymore with abundant life force energy/ Chi / Prana/Apana (the vital life breath. They are neither very cold in the winter nor very heated/hot in the summer. A sage/saint that has reached this perceives hot and cold as the same thing just two varying extremes of the same thing but balance, equilibrium and perfection is withing maintaining ones center, meditation is simply centering oneself.
