What if it's got a 3 to 4 inch suspension lift. Do you use the same arms

That square plate is a 4-position offset to adjust the camber - each side is slightly more offset from the hole, so you choose the offset you want and rotate the bolt head to match that offset.

Hey Tony! Thanks for your comment! On this particular vehicle the plates are actually not Square, they're slightly rectangular.

You could use some open end wrenches that have the ratcheting end on them.

To add a comment, whoever installed the bolts before you installed them incorrectly, the bolt goes from the shock side through to the other side.
