- Pepper chicken is one of the quick and easy chicken recipe which can be prepared with gravy, semi-gravy or as a starter. As its name says, is black pepper is the main ingredient of this recipe. Friends try this Kerala style recipe and let me know your feedback. (This video is in Malayalam language.)
- INGREDIENTS -
Chicken (Cleaned)- 1 kg
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1 Inch piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 8 Cloves
Onion (സവോള) - 3 Nos
Coriander powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) - 1 Tablespoon
Crushed pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - 2½ Tablespoon
Chilli powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - 1 Teaspoon
Curd - (തൈര്) ½ Cup (OR) Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 1 No
Curry leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Mustard seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - 4 Tablespoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1¾ Teaspoon

I'm pretty new to cooking. Tried this for dinner last night and it was simply amazing. Awesome presentation and amazing recipes ❤️ The best part is, you always specify the amount of salt 😁 unlike others who just mention "Salt as required / salt to taste"..
