I usually get the salt wrong, but this time thanks to your careful measurements I just blindly followed your instructions and tasted it only at the end. Bought some small onions yesterday at the market and wanted a chicken dish which depends on it for taste (a change from the usual coconut based ones) and as usual I'm glad I chose your recipe. Thanks for making such a precise recipe and detailed video. PS: I had only 500g chicken, so I halved your 1.2kg quantities and used about 100g of pumpkin extra . I'm actually quite happy with the end result and will do it again next time!

Bro ഒരു വലിയ താങ്ക്സ്. എനിക്കു അച്ചാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ yours വീഡിയോസ് കണ്ടു വെളുത്തുള്ളി അച്ചാർ, നാരങ്ങാ dates അച്ചാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കി എല്ലാവർക്കും നല്ല ടേസ്റ്റ് എന്ന അഭിപ്രായം. Pepper ചിക്കൻ, ബീഫ് ഐറ്റംസ് എല്ലാം ഉണ്ടാക്കി ഞാൻ ഇപ്പൊ വീട്ടിലെ സ്റ്റാർ ആയി. എത്ര ഉണ്ടാക്കിയാലും sheriyavatha ഒരു ഐറ്റം ആയിരുന്നു രസം എന്നാൽ ഇന്നലെ അതും success. ഉപ്പിന്റെയും കടുകിന്റെയും വരെ അളവ് ബ്രോ കൃത്യമായി പറയും. ഒട്ടും വലിച്ചു നീട്ടാതെ വേണ്ടത് മാത്രം പറയുന്നത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാൻ താങ്കളുടെ വീഡിയോസ് കണ്ടു തുടങ്ങിയത്. ഒന്നുകൂടി താങ്ക്സ് പറയുന്നു.
