I know it's not a hammer, but would the Tenet Exec be worth covering for slam builds as well since its mechanic is like the Sampotes? It might lack the multiplier and range of a hammer, but it does have the benefit of innate element.
PSA: When using heavy slam you do not need to wait for the entire animation to finish. When stacking attack speed sources, like Warcry, you are able to launch another slam long before the animation of the first slam finishes
Arca Titron's guaranteed electric procs working also means you can do the corrosive strip builds without playing Lavos or Saryn. You can proc electric without having any modded, so Influence can be procced even with only modding Corrosive damage.
I'm pretty sure Toxic Lash does work on the Sampotes, as I'm seeing a ton of toxic procs when the shockwave hits enemies, and I have it modded for viral.
Since you're covering lavos and valence formation a lot lately you should check corufell and syam interaction with him. They felt the most comfy to use in high density mobs, especially if you subsume wrathful advance.
very nice build, even at lv0 no issue with belly of the beast alert steel path missions. tested it without any frame boost or using primer. And best part of it is 0 forma used (without displine merit).
Sampotes and Kullervo = Melle and Slams clear everything on the map. I have tested every Hammer in the game and the Shockwave clears everything within it's AOE slam
It’s not a hammer, but a machete - Prova Vandal forces electric regardless of modded elements on normal slam (not heavy) Idk if it always forced electric, it may have had a lower status chance in the past.
@@ddssrr1614Sancti is actually better in some cases because incarnon buffs the healing effect and makes it constant lifesteal. Base Magistar is a bigger brick of stats but it doesn't have that.
@@ddssrr1614 If you wanna use it as a stat stick for certain frames then base version and if you wanna use it for comfy DPS builds then Sancti version (because of the innate life steal it has)

It doesn't have raw "slam power" like Sancti Magistar does, but using with infuse Lavos forced electric or heat is quite good.
I'd love to see what you think about the Tenet Exec and/or the Verdilac after these slam changes

As a Lavos main with a sampotes, I must point out melee afflictions arcane now makes it scale as high as you could need.

Yes, even with missing mods . . . it kills lvl 215s through slash procs. People sleep on a lot of weapons

one drawback is the elevation check on these shockwaves are terrible. the enemy foot is 1cm. above you and it doesnt work. so annoying.
