    Just posted this on Reddit. "I own 1/2 dozen Johnny Glock Triggers, and everyone of Johnny Glock's triggers work fantastic, besides being extremely safe triggers. Go rat out some other gun products that aren't up to par. This sounds like nothing but a "butt hurt" job."

    Here’s my unbiased opinion, as I’ve recently just heard of Johnny Glock this past week, seems like theirs LOTs of people who love his triggers. And You shouldn’t judge a company based on 1 customer’s bad experience. If it truly was a whole year, then it’s obviously absurd to ask for a refund.. I’m not a rich guy whatsoever. But I wouldn’t even bother to ask for a refund after a month (well maybe 2 months Lol), even if the trigger went bad.. id just take the loss or at the most ask JG to fix the trigger and send it back to me until I got it to work. Moped should’ve taken video proof too if he was telling the truth.. and I’m not saying he was or wasn’t.. my 2cents

    This guy is nuts! Use the merchandise until you can't use it anymore and try to get your money back. This isn't Wal Mart! Johnny is absolutely the most caring and serious individual giving back to all of us his expertise that we all seek and guess what? It's free! I have recently bought the competition trigger kit and will be getting two combat kits for two other Glocks. Be assured, if there's ever any problem, Johnny will get me through it. Just another free Frazer!

    Here is my personal experience with Johnny Glock. I bought an aftermarket G21 slide from the Glock Store. After the second range trip, I tested the firing pin safety the way I learned from this channel. It failed to reset. GS initially refused to accept that there was a problem even after I sent them a video of it not resetting correctly. Not knowing where to turn, I emailed the video to Johnny and asked if he would look at it and give me his advice. “Don’t shoot that gun.” He was more professional than that but that’s the essence of his response.
    There’s more to the story but the vitally important thing is I NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM JOHNNY. He helped me because he is a standup guy and wanted me to be safe. How many gunsmiths would take the time to even open an email, let alone watch a short video and respond to it for a complete stranger? So take that into consideration when reading other comments here or on Reddit.

      I agree, if Moped22 didn't keep his gear clean and lubed then he shouldn't have been begging for a refund. Moped22 shot the hell out of a world class trigger and didn't clean it once.

    Hey, I've used my new Chevy truck now for a year and a half, but I like some of the new 2024 model features better. So, can I return this one for a complete refund and get the new one instead? Some folks have a tenuous grasp on reality! Keep up the great work and teaching!!
    Maybe that guy would be interested in the trigger rental program...like his cell phone, with occasional upgrades.

    You can be as cooperative with unruly people as you can but no matter what some people cannot be pleased and instead of something generous they end up with nothing. They'd rather look for a fight. This is like going to Mickey D's ordering food, eating 3/4 of it then going up to the counter wanting a refund because you didn't like it. There's always one dude lol!

    Ordered a drop-in on 2-11-22 will have it...2-16-22....can't wait to see it tonight when I get home....and no, No refund after 8-months..... Apparently it worked real good for those 8 months... If he didn't like it he should have sent it back after 2-3 range sessions.

    8+ months on a return is eye-poppingly irregular. If he does things like that, I don't think I trust him with a firearm.

      I'm curious to know why it was 8+ months. Based on what he's saying on Reddit, he's sent a dozen emails before getting a single response. Kinda hard to return it earlier if you're ghosted, isn't it? I don't know, maybe that Reddit guy is full of crap but it seems odd from both sides

After reading the reddit thread and screenshots, it has no effect on my decision and I had no buyers remorse. When I get it I fully expect to be satisfied. Keep doing you.       You did the right thing brother. Johnny is great to work with. I’ve got two triggers from him and he answers the phone when you call, he was even running out to pick up dinner for his family and still took the time to talk to me. There is no one in my LE circle who doesn’t love it when they shoot it.

    You can’t make everyone happy bro… as a person who owns a small business for 15 years, you always run into those people, thankfully most customers and people are good and understanding.. but you then have people who you can’t make happy no matter what you do for them… would target or Walmart accept something back from 8 months ago lol don’t think so most products have a 7-14 day return policy.. keep doin you bro you have more than enough reputable people to back you up.. there will always be haters. I just purchased my performance trigger with the vex trigger shoe and I can’t wait to see how great it is.. one bad apple in 15 years ain’t bad, and it shows how great of a product you put out. Me personally have herd nothing but good things about the work you do and I’m from Illinois so it shows how far good work travels

Send it back - why it looked like they had fund reading it and then want their money back. No. Stand your ground.     I got 3 triggers from u as of right now and not a dam thing wrong with the triggers I don't know your customer service caus I have never had to call it caus everything was beautiful Everytime. For this guy there isn't one company I know of for any used part that is 8 months or a year old that will refund the money or a credit card company at that most companies are going to laugh at u and hang up well maybe not that far but u know what I mean lol.     I read his complaint , he admitted it was a year. If he didnt like it why use it for a year and then want a refund? Sounds like he is looking for a way to make money. I have watched several of your videos and have learned a lot FOR FREE, not a lot of gunsmiths will do that for us. Thank you Johnny !

    Guy has no case with any submission to any agency. He's trolling for free stuff and comps. A year old transaction (even the financial institutions refuse to refund), a blatantly stated no-return policy, and you went well above and beyond for customer service and support. The guy is just looking to get a new trigger after what looks like he threw the previous one in a media tumbler for cleaning reloading brass. Love my Combat G43 trigger and looking at what I can put a new trigger into next. Keep up the awesome work and the Community stands with you brother.

    Well, just posted my personal story of my positive experience with you on the thread. Honestly I don't think the reddit post will do much damage. Most redditors on /Glock are just there to post pictures of their slide and stippling, while making fun of o lights. Your customer base spends their time shooting.

    If you've been in business that long and that's a first complaint you had you tried to make it right with them and he wanted to be an ass one business owner to another one. You doing the right thing just ignore him eventually he'll get tired of of being a little sissy about it and he'll man up and know he probably bought one of those wish pieces to make it full auto and use that on it that's how he went through it so quick with so many rounds to wear it just completely slap out he's a typical Karen.     How can someone not be happy with your trigger? How long does it take to realize that you dont want a trigger? BTW, your customer service is stellar.       when shooting which I do like to do very much I enjoy the gun world very much but when it becomes a "worship" type thing. . .thats when I need to re-think stuff like " ANYTHING IN LIFE. . .I never really understood the secrecy in calibers/barrels, reloading recipes, etc. . .being used in this sport and why shooters/champions keep this info to the grave. . .

    Asked for a gen 4 ejector in gen 3 housing and he did it I call that perfect customer service one of the most trust worthy product I’ve bought for my Glock

      No he did not take it down but I'm sure he is going to because he's getting hammered. If you put my name in the search bar or write shady business practice Johnny Glock or just look up his Reddit screen name which is mopPed22. If anyone could tell him what's what it would be you. LOL

    Have multiple JG drop in trigger systems from Johnnyglock, both combat and competition. All I can say is that his trigger is one of the best on the market, rock solid, and his customer service has been first class. The guy ranting on reddit obviously has no effin idea what he is doing and trying to return a trigger a year later is just plain ridiculous. The guy is a POS. Period.
    Highly highly recommend Johnnyglock and his work/triggers.

    This is ridiculous. You're Quality and Customer Service is unmatched.
    Some people just Love to cause Damage. I REALLY wouldn't worry about it. The guys comment makes no sense and the little trolls trying to jump on his bandwagon without surely not reading your response are just little trolls hiding behind a keyboard with nothing better to do.
    You and the products you put out speak for themselves..

    I can say your customer service is outstanding. I messaged you about an issue with a trigger shoe on a Saturday evening at 730pm and you replied within 30 minutes. Within a week the situation was resolved and I couldn't be happier. I will gladly go stop by Reddit

    Trust me. The guy is going to get hammered really bad by the community.
    You have something that worked well apparently before. Then after a year of use there is a issue.
    I would like to return my wife for a replacement ( nah no replacement) or full ( I’ll take 40% ) refund. Where do I send her

    In order to support you through this, I have ordered my first trigger from you this past week! Trigger is installed so far without issue and only needed your customer service once and it did not disappoint. I will need 2 more triggers which I plan on ordering soon or I may take the 3 hour drive down to you and have you install them for me, my shooting buddy is a big fan and has put your educational videos to use, he would be happy to meet you.

    @johnnyglocksthepersona HELP….followed your polishing video instructions to a tee (I did no filing on any of them) on 3 different glocks, a 43x, a 19 gen 5 and a 45. Once I finished, all 3 triggers were silky smooth and perfect and I had about a 4lb break. Took all 3 firearms to the range and after about 50 rounds, on ALL 3 firearms the trigger break all of a sudden increases to about 8-10lbs. In order for me to fix it, all I do is take the trigger assembly out and put it back in (no cleaning or adjusting or anything, just take out and put back) and it goes right back to a silky smooth 4lb break.

    Hey Johnny I don’t know if you read these comments here or watt but I just wanted to let you know I’ve been a subscriber to your channel for quite some time, and somehow when I went to your videos just today apparently TH-cam had unsubscribed me (?) I have heard from A.R. 15 and the other TH-camrs that I watch that TH-cam is unilaterally unsubscribing people from at all

    Johnny Glocks has better customer service than Glock the corporation and has spent hundreds of hours putting time in to help others online via TH-cam etc.
