Powerless Superman and Robo-Batman are fun as novelties, but I can't wait for the originals to come back.
I have no problems with a weakened Superman, but the character design was really ugly and that annoyed me. He looked too much like the Punisher.

Been waiting for Bruce to come back, but powerless Supes has been interesting enough. Not sure I would have made him THAT power less, maybe just a little weaker than golden age Supes, but it's been alright. But yeeeeeah, haven't loved or liked Gordon's run as the B-Man.
If I'm correct the silver age superman is actually stronger than the golden age superman
New 52 Superman wasn't that strong compared to previous versions though (a nuclear blast took him down).
Timppa 3 Maybe but the whole god among men thing is really played out this superman is more interesting cause even though he still has super strength he's not this OP superhero that you know is going to win. Instead with him depowered like this it makes you wonder if he can win
Calvin Pennuto I don't really feel that way because he fights so powerful villains. He isn't getting beat up that much more in this arc than in the normal ones, it's just that he gets beaten up by weaker characters. Like, if he had to fight Doomsday depowered, I'd agree, but instead he fights someone he could've easily beaten normally.
Timppa 3 It's just how I feel I mean like I said superman is known to be the most OP hero ever and seeing him depowered like this is very humbling for his character
i liked the power less superman because it made him more relateable robobatman was a fucling dick though and he was completely unlike the jim Gordon that i grew up loving

I've been enjoying all these Batman and Superman stories. They're different from the usual stuff, so I'm ok with them. I'm still waiting for all the stuff to go back, but I hope some of this stuff is still in the main canon, like all the side characters in the new Superman comics.
I've been holding out for Bruce to come back and Clark to reacquire his powers.

Bruce Wayne Batman + Powerless Superman = AWESOMENESS AND EPIC BANTS.
I think these stories were pretty good, I think with long running comic books it's necessary to spice things up a bit with a little change, I felt that this was just right, not too long to get boring and not too short to be forgettable, I also liked how it wasn't like just batman, how it was something new for both batman and superman happening together
This story arc really shows the dedication of Superman. He has no real powers, but he's still as persistent as ever
I've actually started to like the Robo Batman. Seeing how this is a Batman who follows the law and having Jim Gordon as Batman isn't as bad as I thought. Personally I think he's doing a great job.
powerless superman is actually a nice touch. without his suit and with his hair he seems more human.

I actually like the new take on Batman and Supes, it just makes them feel way more relatable as human beings rather than overpowered gods. For me it just feels what's it like to fight for a symbol and other corny stuff XD

personally,i find it nice to see a superman that doesnt depend mostly on his powers but still has the same amount of spirit and commitment to what hes doing,robo batman not so much,how many times have normal batman and his allies,including superman,saved gotham? but gordan just seems to forget about THAT,you‘d think he‘d be more level headed,what with his time around batman and his allies but this comic showed differently,a proper batman would have seen what clark was doing and wouldnt have attacked if there was a possible chance of ending the conflict without using violence
While I was not really a fan if robo batman jim gordon, i actually lived powerless superman. I usually don't enjoy superman stories, but I found the powerless superman arc to really draw me in to the character

I like this new story line
I loved the Truth Superman, not much for the Robo Batman but they are more interesting then there former incarnations. I guess I won't need to worry about buying the new comics if its really going back to the "Unstoppable Superman, and Batman". Giving Clark a true weakness has provided more character development then his comic has had in the past 30 years of my life. Superman is going back to being overpowered, and Batman is going back to being "I have that in my utilitybelt/batcave/batcar/batsub/batcouch" Shame. I thought they had something going for them -.-

It is certainly interesting to see how Superman continues his duties without his powers, but I would prefer that he get them back sooner rather than later if he hasn't already.

I really like powerless superman it makes extremely relatable and the fact that he isn't OP anymore makes it even better I really wish DC would keep superman like this but bring Bruce Wayne back as batman it would be awesome
Really enjoying Jim Gordon batman and will be sad to see him go. He's not written so well in some of the other batman books like batman\superman and detective comics but in the main batman book he's fantastic (and hilarious)
I have only read Superheavy, but I really loved Gordon as Batman. Of course I didn't want it to be permanent, but it felt right.

This is the most random stuff I have ever seen. Don't get me wrong, I love comics in general but what the heck is going on with these crazy stories and random stuff just happening lol. "He has Aquaman!!"...of course!!
aquaman has been outcast from atlantis and has been helping other hiding civilizations. he likely made a deal for the people he is trying to get out of Thule to live in subterrania if he helps them to get that sun.
As I understood it, aquaman helped Ukur because the sun threatend the sea life
DC lately is being weird with their stories. There are only some titles that are good reads like Injustice and Justice League.
Of course it should be random that's the reason we like DC comics.

I liked this new take on the hero's wish they would wait a year or 2 for them to properly settle before bringing back the classic versions.

I liked powered down Superman and the New 52s action comics run. I know the New 52 had its issues but I'm still sad to know this Superman died. We can call Rebirth and the merging of the continuities as a fix but in the end, the story of this Superman came to a definitive end and it still bums me out now.

Powerless Superman has been a really interesting ride,I'm curious whats the explanation of Supes loosing his Powers. Even though I am glad Bruce Wayne will be Batman again I'm glad he was given some time off. He deserved to be Happy

Did I enjoy Powerless (Yet with Super Strength?) Superman? Not really.
Did I enjoy RoboBat? Not really, but I admire how they gave Gordon some time under the cape and cowl...I've always loved that character.
I can't wait for the status quo... call me old fashioned.

genuinely enjoyed the whole direction these characters had been going down for the past year or so, always knew it would end but i actually wish robo gordon batman would last longer. powerless superman I could take or leave I just hope the whole everyone knows who he is thing sticks.

I like powerless superman but I hate robot batman
I really like this powerless Superman. A big reason why I never liked Superman was he was so over-powered and made the Justice League more of a "Stall the threat until Superman gets here" League. Outside of occasionally struggling with his humanity he just seemed boring, just a "good guy" who always did the right thing. He wasn't really relate-able at all. But this powerless Superman is much more interesting. He has to struggle with coming to terms with his new weakened form, he has to struggle with the public knowing his identity, he has to struggle to make new friends and rekindle old ones like Batman. It's much more interesting and I like it.
Jim Gordon Batman has been great. Fresh new take on Batman and from a different point of view. He knows he isn't Bruce and can't possibly ever live up to him but damn if he isn't trying his hardest. His capeless black with yellow highlights suit and batarang gun are awesome. From the issue 50 solicitation it seems Detective Comics is sticking with at least one more Jim-Bat story arc maybe even more and I'm glad about that.Depowered Superman has been kinda awful. Not so much that he is depowered but the fact that his secret identity was exposed. Now nobody trusts him despite the crap ton of times he's saved not just Metropolis but the entire Earth. He lashes out like an angsty teenager in most of the comics he's in with the reasoning that "I'm Superman!" Action Comics is the one where he is written the best as being a smart and grounded individual, very heroic, and overall still looked up to by the people. I can't wait for him to get his powers back as that will probably also just auto-solve his exposed identity problems too. But I've not been liking the "Truth" story arcs.
I always get kinda peeved whenever Darkseid attacks and Atlantis and Sub-Terrania do nothing.

This is such a contradicting feeling I have. This Superman is exactly what I've wanted for so long: strong, determined, all of the same values and morals, but vulnerable. He's actually risking something now. He has to fear death and injury, he has to think about consequences to himself. He's finally relatable.
Jim Gordon Batman, on the other hand, is a piece of shit. He allows vigilantes to do everything for Gotham for years, and the second he gets a fancy suit, he's all "no vigilantes, whey whey whey". A giant goddamn hypocrite. And once he loses the suit and Batman comes back, he's gonna be right back where he was before: sitting back while Batman takes care of him.
We want Superman back!!!

Robo batman was interesting and the art was beautiful but it got old pretty quick on the other side i enjoyed powerless superman (im not the biggest superman fanboy) it was deffinetly interesting arch and im happy they made it but im happyer that the good old pals are coming back. PS: sometimes i did got lost and dont understood some moments in these archs.
Not gonna lie I enjoyed reading these and I love watching these vids after I've read them but I can't wait until it's glues back to Bruce Wayne as Batman and Superman gets his powers back , it's not a bad run though
