how can melatonin work as a prokinetic? can it worsen sibo?

SIBO just as commonly causes diarrhea. Increasing motility would only make it worse.

I have diarrhea SIBO.... since taking prokinetics,my diarrhea is almost a memory! Things are working properly again, and normal 💩is proof.
