I'M CURIOUS - How many of you guys have tried Tangle Teezer brushes? What are your thoughts? Before this video I hadn't tried them (despite having my eye on them for aaaaaages).
Scared to admit how many of them I own. Bought one on a whim about 10 years ago on a plane trip for my daughters fine mixed hair. It was a dream. I’ve since used them for my hair. We’ve had the one with a pot, the shower one, the Afro one. I still do have other brushes 🤣🤣 but Tangle teezers are the most used in our home with hair types from 1 to 4
I have three tangle teezers. My favourite is the fine and fragile one. I do not detangle on wet hair. My hair is too fine and fragile for that. 🙈🙈🙈 I detangle on damp shampooed and deep conditioned hair out of the shower after my leave-in detangler and conditioners are applied. I start with a wide-tooth comb. I use the brush once every 4-6 weeks.

So many on the market, we don’t know where to start Nutrofol, Viviscal, Hairfinity, blah blah blah. We need a hair supplement video broken down like the Deep Conditioner video. Your Deep Conditioner for High Porosity Hair video (2020) is sooo great! I still pull that video up every time I’m in the store shopping for conditioner.

I just started finger detangling and using a detangling brush. My hair is not thick at all so I try to preserve what little hair I do have. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video.

I recently remembered that I was subbed to this channel but I've never left a comment. Just dropping by to say a huge thanks. When I look back, it's absolutely the advice I got from you that meant the most to managing the health of my hair. Who knew hair needed humectants? Or how to properly manage how much protein I was using? What's my anemia got to do with anything?? What is a chelating shampoo and why do I need to know her??? I was also coming back from 10months of illness where I'd neglected my hair in totality because I was simply in too much pain to deal with it, and I was in a really bad place mentally. Even prior to that, all anyone ever told me was how thick, dry and difficult my hair was - my own mother would compare it to the sahara grasses! And now my hairdresser tells me that people would commit murder to have my hair 😊 I will be forever grateful 💕

Yes ma’am! It’s usually either this or a bun. Very boring, but really helps retain length. I am looking to be more adventurous this year though 👀 But will still be as protective as possible.
I was gonna request a video on how to adapt your haircare when you change climates 😅 I am in Jamaica where it's hot and humid allll year round. I'm about to go to somewhere much colder and drier and last time I did that my hair freaked the heck out 😅
Yeah this happens especially when your hair care routine doesn’t change and you use the same one when you move. I’ve seen this happen a lot. Perhaps a video on winter hair care routines???

The ORS texture boosting jelly, and then a bit of gummy wax for those pesky flyaways. The gummy wax is great especially because I train 5 days a week and it even holds up through the sweat. 💪🏾💪🏾

I typically wear a wash and go 1 month and I do use moisturizer, leave in and a styler. But I’ve always wondered if the heat protectant is necessary
Lagos is very hot; extremely hot! I have to change clothes more than 3 times a day. I bought the knock off from Ali Express because it's not available in Nigeria. It broke the first day 🤣🤣🤣

Hi again 💜 Just wanted to ask if you have any advice to thicken extremely thin hair. I had an eating disorder and it all fell out and I now have bald spots which makes me really insecure. I’m also a student on a budget so I’m really trying to find cheapish but decent products here in South Africa ❤️
Interesting, so humidity isn't that important...its all about dew point? Tbh, though, I thought you were going to go into the products you should use to deal with dry weather...not just how to detangle. But yeah, at least i have an idea of when i need stronger hold products vs more moisture focus products so thanks...

I like the detangling brush! It works the best of any that I’ve tried. I’ll have to check out the other options.

I just got my Tangler Tezzer brush and scalp massager; have used them once and I love them!
I have two of them...they rip my hair in shreds. I'm still keeping them because i think there might be a learning curve to using them...🤷♀️🤷♀️
