@Donald Pump - "Make America Lift Again" everyone in his situation is on gear, every single person. So it isnt the gear thats responsible for his numbers
@@ryan_s It is hilarious to see how stupid people are about powerlifting and steroids. Most strength you get from powerlifting and steroids is from increased muscle mass, incidentally it also makes you heavier so you still get destroyed by the true elite lifters when your weight class goes up... It's all just gear... yes it does help to gain tons of muscle mass nobody argues that. The problem is when you become a mass monster, your ranges of motion and leverage often will not be good, cough cough Ryan Crowley. Was Ronnie Coleman strong yeah, but he was still not that great of a powerlifter it is the truth. Guys that big can definitely hit 800lb deadlifts and much more cough cough Larry Wheels, the real crazy part was him doing it weeks before the Olympia. Larry Wheels would definitely beat Ronnie Coleman in his prime at powerlifting, but then again they trained for totally different goals.
Honestly I'm not that impressed. Next Monday, which is International Chest Day, I plan on going for my first attempt at 4x20x855 on incline bench press without wrist wraps. If I can do that on incline, just imagine what I could do on flat bench.
Way to go amigo! So impressive every single week. Both of you are elite level in all ways possible and just good dudes. Keep at it! We’re all cheering for you both for more PRs.
You can’t jump 205lbs just from bulking it won’t happen he would need Kirill Sarychev size before the bulk something like that just my opinion could be way wrong
Someone just told me about this dude today. Extremely impressive. I have never benched with the power lifter set up before. I hybridize between bodybuilder and strength training. I have only ever benched with flat back and wide grip, elbows out. Almost makes me want to see what would be possible if I switched to this style for a year. Probably a bad idea, my ego would just get me hurt. Dude just barely out benches me, but I have over 100lbs on em. haha. Hes beast mode no doubt! haha
500lbs is world class brotha, we all compare ourselves to the best of the best like John Haack but it’s just not logical to. I’m 6’0 220lbs and I plan to stay around this weight and I’d say my goal will be around 450lbs if that. I haven’t hit 405lbs yet so I need to make that my goal first.
@PALUMBO DEJVID Not worth it to me honestly I am thinking about going to 235ish and try to get full abs for the first time lol best I ve had is a 4 pack but even on the 500lbs bench goal I still never want to get over 290lbs Health is way more important to me especially now days.
@@TheBlah7777 I couldn’t agree more, health is wealth and even if you someone is ripped at 300lbs, over weight is over weight, obesity is still obesity even if someone has a 6 pack at 300lbs. That much weight on your organs and joints is not healthy.

No, since getting back into TH-cam, I’ve been in prep mode. So, hitting singles each week. It will be nice after the meet to be able to show a bit more in depth my off season training
Honestly just baffling how strong this dude is. Putting up numbers you'd be impressed to see from guys 100lbs heavier.
@Donald Pump - "Make America Lift Again" no one on gear can do this besides John. Quite literally, considering he's the number 1 lifter in the world

I just tried static holding 365 today at the gym ... felt like a house lmao. How 600 is done is beyond me
