    Omg I've always been a fan your vids. The abs, arms, everything. Can you do more full body workout bo equipment? Basically home wiout any weight except my own body lol

    quick question, do we need to warm up for these kind of short workouts or is a cold start fine? (obv when feeling normal and not stiff like a pen because sitting on a chair all day looong)

    Wow your form when doing the burpee. I hate doing them bec I feel like my form is terrible. Like my back isnt always straight like yours. I think aId have to be more flexible but it takes ages lol You were exhausted at the end hahah cant imagin what Im gonna be xD can you maybe put the ad inbetween the exercises :)))

      Yes all fixed! I just took them out of mid-roll altogether, sorry about that! Technique is so key, it'll take your workout from eh to holy 🔥

      They are hard but such a great exercise for advanced movement and strength work
