    Loved this! Please do a back activation video because I never feel my back muscles in arm balances - my shoulders always compensate for everything in the upper body.

    Please make this a series! Like each muscle group for activation! I feel like I only do activation for my legs/glutes and kinda just wing all of my upper body warm ups. ❤️

    OMG! I've never had a glue workout like that without weights, and I love my glute workouts! I think this has engaged mussels that I haven't been developing, ESPECIALLY that last one! I'm hooked! Thanks for the vid. 😊

    Even after have been playing soccer legit for 17 years , then getting into every sport known to man ( expect Rugby which I’d kill to play on a team) I don’t have a fear if being hurt I’d broke my collar bone , dislocated my thumb haha the whole works but damn I can Tell You All This This Workss It’s burns the bootys to get amped for the day and it’s a killer to start a workout. Get it ! I’d love all your videos and still watch them today.

    These tank glute movements I gravitate towards for recovery or just to hype up my session and I love intense but organized sessions and for my daily workouts. Didn’t think anything of it after not have been doing these for a while and it creeps up on yah-I’m feelin the damn burn in my back booty muscles!!

    I loved the glute activation! I did it earlier today and I enjoyed it a lot! It wasn't too intense, but it was a great activation.
    However, am I the only one who get cramps when doing booty lifts/frog kicks (or whatever you call them)? Even if I've warmed up, my thighs start cramping and I have no idea why... If anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it! :))

    I’ve been seeing massive gains in my hamstrings and quads but nothing in my glutes. I just never felt anything being worked in my glutes (I also never warmed up before a heavy lifting session...)
    Just did this as my warmup and my ass is on fire 😂

    Just because you dont feel a muscle work does not mean its not working, for example some can do 30 reps of dumbell curls with ultra stricked form and really slow negetives and your arms will be burning like crazy, but you could do 5 chin ups to failure and the muscle may get more activation but the muscles dont have any sensation. I used to think feel/burn = results but its not always the case.

      I think she is saying that for some people, certain muscles tend to dominate. For someone who doesn't really know much about working out, they might do a deadlift but use their quads more than their butt. I think the activation helps pin point which muscles should be used for different workouts, and helps you feel the burn in a specific movement which will help you learn which specific tweaks to that movement can better work certain areas. I also think it helps to give the area a little startup during the warmup so the muscle can be better utilized during the workout. You don't have to do these if you don't want to.
      Also it's "strict" and "negative"
