Great ab workout, I love that there is no talking, but I would say it would be helpful just to add bells when each one is done and starting. That way you dont have to keep checking. Thank you, great ab workout to add to any other video, thanks!
Yes, I have the same problem. After doing for two months I think I am getting use to the music, but it was so hard at the Begining. The little bell could be awesome
I have install an interval timer which is great! You can program 1 minute for work out and then 10 seconds off and then another minute for work out etc.. you build your own work out program so for this one I have program 6 high intensity and in between 6 Low intensity! Just great 🤗

Unsolicited advice: This is a *huge* goal, be patient with yourself in getting there! I'm a professional acrobat, I do backflips for a living, and I can't see my abs usually unless I've just finished a workout. Keep working hard, but enjoy the journey! Try not to get too bogged down in how you look

I've been doing this for I think about 3 days now and I can start to see a little difference from when I started till now.... Because my abs were starting to get used to this one but 3 weeks later I'm back and this one is pretty intense and short. I like it. Also my belly is flatter and abs starting to be visible when I flex. Update 1 month and a half later: this is a warm up, stomach is flat
6 exercises 50 seconds on / 10 seconds rest 1. Crunches (Straight body, arms extended) 10 seconds rest 2. Leg Lift with Extension 10 seconds rest 3. Single Leg Lifts (Arms at the side off ground) 10 seconds rest 4. Dish Tucks (In and outs, elbows on ground for support) 10 seconds rest 5. Ankle taps 10 seconds rest 6. Use timer in ur phone generally we all have a application called clock in our phones where u can also make alarm go n check there u will find a setting of timer it will be hlp full for u
It would be really helpful to have a count down at the end of each exercise, or even a bell to indicate that time is up. It is difficult to watch the timer & do the exercises. Great workout!!
Day1: well I thought it was pretty doable! Day2: I woke up with a sore and doing this exercise felt impossible but I pushed myself anyways. Planning to do this for a month and see how it goes! Day 3: leg raises are tough for me today but I pushed myself through & my abs feels tight, I love it! Day 4: didn’t wake up with soreness today not sure if it’s because I didn’t go for a run but nevertheless I’m still pushing myself through Day 5&6: I’m slowly getting used to this routine! Hopefully I can start doing it twice a day like some others! Day 7&8: Tried pushing myself by running 3km along with this routine! So far I’ve been waking up feeling good! (Not expecting fast result bc I know it will take a Long time but feeling good about my body kinda feels like an achievement for now!)

I am feeling great with this 6 minutes abbs. I can't believe how my body looks now. Of course I am doing Weights, running and with a great nutritionist that is teaching me what to eat. I lost 23 lb in 3 months and the fat around my stomach disappeared and I am starting to see the 6 pack. Amazing!!!

Sooo I’m going to try and keep track for others to see if this workout actually works 9/30- I just got done with the work out, since I have already been doing another ab I already have 11 lines to start with. No difference yet just really sore( I’m going to update every 5 days 10/4- definitely notices my stomach is more tight and when I barely flex when I turn to the side I can see a 4 pack forming! 10/9- I can almost do the whole exercise without having to take breaks in the middle of every 50 seconds. Don’t see too much change in the abs themselves though 10/14- 10/19 - - - 11/20- sorry for not updating I decided to take a break from working out since I felt I was putting my work out time before God.

Here’s the thing I’ll try to keep updating every two days and see how it goes. (Also I’m gonna do this workout twice a day with not diet) Day 2: My abs are sore no visual improvement but everything is getting easier. I can do until the planks then it gets hard Day 4: I notice my belly is getting flatter. But i have trouble finding a place to do this workout without my family seeing. (cause its embarrising) (also im pretty sore on my legs) Day 6: I’m dying from the workout the beginning is the hardest for me on the workout. And the end. I have some little improvement in my belly

So I've been scrolling through the comments and I saw a few of those ppl who were/are doing this every day, one or two times... And to be honest I kinda want to do that too, soo starting today I'm going to update every day and trying to get some abs after quarantine :3 yey! - - *Day 1* Just did it and I have to say I have friggin RESPECT for the people who are able to do this.. I took a little longer rest breaks, around 20-ish seconds instead of 10. Decided to start doing this only once a day, until I'm more comfortable with these exercises. Damn.. *Day 2* I took a day rest since my abs still hurt omg.. *Day 3* My abs STILL hurt a lil bit but I did it! I took shorter rest breaks, I really tried to keep them around 10-ish seconds and yey we're done for today. Defo not going to do this two times a day anytime soon! *Day 4* Still continuing!
I’m doing this to try to get a flat stomach for summer this year 💅🏻 Day 1: I started late in the day so I only did this once. But I definitely felt it. Day 2: I did this twice today, but I felt very sore from yesterday. And I definitely felt both of the workouts I did today. Day 3: I’m still sore and ended up only doing it once today. I don’t see any obvious visible difference but I wasn’t really expecting to 3 days in
highly recommend doing this to anyone that is thinking about it! Especially after you are already sweating from a workout, the core is activated in one way or another from regular workouts and doing this ab burner at the end really elevates the effects of these ab exercises! Love it!

day 1- that was kinda painful lol not too bad though, the first exercise was confusing I might just be dumb tho. day 2- I felt sore but decided to do the workout anyway, it's okay to take a longer break than her so pace yourself. Also yeah I am dumb the first exercise isn't bad. day 3- I feel sore still but that is to be expected. I like this workout it is getting easier also I think I'm seeing improvements already my sides are thinning out a little but the fat seems to be like pushing forward in my stomach area I think that's a sign that this is working because when I've lost weight in the past that also happened. day 4- i did it without extra breaks today but it was a struggle I can see it working and cant wait to continue doing it.

Wow, so cool! Going to make this my routine! Will let you know how it worked out ;) Day 1: Well, it was hard, but ok. Except number 6. I couldn't do it at all Day 2: EVERYTHING HURTS SO MUCH IM GONNA DIE! Did I put the video on double speed?!? What, another exercise? Day 3: Did it with a friend. She was much better than I.. that will change! Day 4: Did it Day 5: After a week off (shame on me) i restart again and it's feeling good! Day 6: Still on my way :) Day 7: 💪 Okay, I'm just going to add an icon every time I'm doing this workout. I keep going on :) 💪💪
You definitely need to be having rest days!!! Don't try and smash yourself by doing it everyday. Let the muscle recover and each session you will come back stronger.
I'm gonna try and do this for the rest of may 1-2 times daily (3ish weeks) I am 17 and pretty atheltic but haven't done a sport in 6 months or seriously worked out so I'm out of shape with no tone Day 1: (1) pretty difficult during but not sore Day 2: (1) did with my sister and it was fun (moderately difficult) Day 3: (1) woke up a little sore but it went well. my abs feel really tight, but I think that's just soreness (will look up stretches if they exist) no body changes yet Day 4: my shoulders are really sore but I have no clue if it's from this workout, first day I've been able to do the last one with good form and no breaks (it's getting easier for sure) Day 5: accidental rest day but I was active so I'm not mad Day 6: I've felt kind of yucky/low motivation today but I still did it because it's so brief and it went ok. I feel like this is boosting my confidence even if it's not physically changing much because I like having a daily routine so it feels like I'm being healthy. I'm also gonna try to start another one of her 6 min workouts daily Day 7: accidental rest day oops Day 8: feeling like I'm loosing progress ngl lol Day 9: mehhhh
I love this workout, even though there were some workouts that I just wanted to give up. But I knew that getting the perfect body wasn't just a walk in the park.
This workout is amazing for me as a gymnastics this is the perfect warm up, I do this one days when I don’t have practice but still have the need to get something done and stay in shape. Thanks for the amazing and quick workout!

Just once every night! I did some stretching before and after. Sunday was my rest day. I would definitely recommend!

This has easily become my favorite finisher for every day that’s not ab heavy! It’s quick and extremely effective.

Update: I switched up my routine a bit. Because my abs were starting to get used to this one but 3 weeks later I'm back and this one is pretty intense and short. I like it. Also my belly is flatter and abs starting to be visible when I flex.
Update 1 month and a half later: this is a warm up, stomach is flat
6 exercises
50 seconds on / 10 seconds rest
1. Crunches (Straight body, arms extended)
10 seconds rest
2. Leg Lift with Extension
10 seconds rest
3. Single Leg Lifts (Arms at the side off ground)
10 seconds rest
4. Dish Tucks (In and outs, elbows on ground for support)
10 seconds rest
5. Ankle taps
10 seconds rest
6. Plank Twist
10 seconds rest

You can't work out daily yet eat an unhealthy diet, you have to do both to see results.

Use timer in ur phone generally we all have a application called clock in our phones where u can also make alarm go n check there u will find a setting of timer it will be hlp full for u

It would be really helpful to have a count down at the end of each exercise, or even a bell to indicate that time is up. It is difficult to watch the timer & do the exercises. Great workout!!
Minor suggestion...a beep or sound at the end of each exercise...hard to get in the zone if you are worried about missing when is time to change...

Day1: well I thought it was pretty doable!
Day2: I woke up with a sore and doing this exercise felt impossible but I pushed myself anyways. Planning to do this for a month and see how it goes!
Day 3: leg raises are tough for me today but I pushed myself through & my abs feels tight, I love it!
Day 4: didn’t wake up with soreness today not sure if it’s because I didn’t go for a run but nevertheless I’m still pushing myself through
Day 5&6: I’m slowly getting used to this routine! Hopefully I can start doing it twice a day like some others!
Day 7&8: Tried pushing myself by running 3km along with this routine! So far I’ve been waking up feeling good! (Not expecting fast result bc I know it will take a Long time but feeling good about my body kinda feels like an achievement for now!)

This is my go-to, been doing this for yeaaaarsss.
I am feeling great with this 6 minutes abbs. I can't believe how my body looks now. Of course I am doing Weights, running and with a great nutritionist that is teaching me what to eat. I lost 23 lb in 3 months and the fat around my stomach disappeared and I am starting to see the 6 pack. Amazing!!!

9/30- I just got done with the work out, since I have already been doing another ab I already have 11 lines to start with. No difference yet just really sore( I’m going to update every 5 days
10/4- definitely notices my stomach is more tight and when I barely flex when I turn to the side I can see a 4 pack forming!
10/9- I can almost do the whole exercise without having to take breaks in the middle of every 50 seconds. Don’t see too much change in the abs themselves though

Here’s the thing I’ll try to keep updating every two days and see how it goes. (Also I’m gonna do this workout twice a day with not diet)
Day 2: My abs are sore no visual improvement but everything is getting easier. I can do until the planks then it gets hard
Day 4: I notice my belly is getting flatter. But i have trouble finding a place to do this workout without my family seeing. (cause its embarrising) (also im pretty sore on my legs)
Day 6: I’m dying from the workout the beginning is the hardest for me on the workout. And the end. I have some little improvement in my belly
NOOOO KEEP GOING!!! Results wont come immedtiatly especially with no diet, abs are over 50 percent good diet. But you even said that you were getting stronger

*Day 1* Just did it and I have to say I have friggin RESPECT for the people who are able to do this.. I took a little longer rest breaks, around 20-ish seconds instead of 10. Decided to start doing this only once a day, until I'm more comfortable with these exercises. Damn..
*Day 2* I took a day rest since my abs still hurt omg..
*Day 3* My abs STILL hurt a lil bit but I did it! I took shorter rest breaks, I really tried to keep them around 10-ish seconds and yey we're done for today. Defo not going to do this two times a day anytime soon!
*Day 4* Still continuing!

I’m doing this to try to get a flat stomach for summer this year 💅🏻 Day 1: I started late in the day so I only did this once. But I definitely felt it. Day 2: I did this twice today, but I felt very sore from yesterday. And I definitely felt both of the workouts I did today. Day 3: I’m still sore and ended up only doing it once today. I don’t see any obvious visible difference but I wasn’t really expecting to 3 days in
highly recommend doing this to anyone that is thinking about it! Especially after you are already sweating from a workout, the core is activated in one way or another from regular workouts and doing this ab burner at the end really elevates the effects of these ab exercises! Love it!

The crunches part was very new and innovative, i will start doing all the exercises you mentioned, i have bloating tummy , hope this will be sure shot solution..
day 1- that was kinda painful lol not too bad though, the first exercise was confusing I might just be dumb tho.
day 2- I felt sore but decided to do the workout anyway, it's okay to take a longer break than her so pace yourself. Also yeah I am dumb the first exercise isn't bad.
day 3- I feel sore still but that is to be expected. I like this workout it is getting easier also I think I'm seeing improvements already my sides are thinning out a little but the fat seems to be like pushing forward in my stomach area I think that's a sign that this is working because when I've lost weight in the past that also happened.
day 4- i did it without extra breaks today but it was a struggle I can see it working and cant wait to continue doing it.
Me: I'll give it a try, hopefully will get my abs warmed up

Day 5: After a week off (shame on me) i restart again and it's feeling good!

You definitely need to be having rest days!!! Don't try and smash yourself by doing it everyday. Let the muscle recover and each session you will come back stronger.

I'm gonna try and do this for the rest of may 1-2 times daily (3ish weeks)
I am 17 and pretty atheltic but haven't done a sport in 6 months or seriously worked out so I'm out of shape with no tone
Day 1: (1) pretty difficult during but not sore
Day 2: (1) did with my sister and it was fun (moderately difficult)
Day 3: (1) woke up a little sore but it went well. my abs feel really tight, but I think that's just soreness (will look up stretches if they exist) no body changes yet
Day 4: my shoulders are really sore but I have no clue if it's from this workout, first day I've been able to do the last one with good form and no breaks (it's getting easier for sure)
Day 5: accidental rest day but I was active so I'm not mad
Day 6: I've felt kind of yucky/low motivation today but I still did it because it's so brief and it went ok. I feel like this is boosting my confidence even if it's not physically changing much because I like having a daily routine so it feels like I'm being healthy. I'm also gonna try to start another one of her 6 min workouts daily
Day 7: accidental rest day oops

I always tuck my neck to my chest, the head weights like 12lb im sure, so not a good idea to have it swinging around lol learnt that the hard way

Day 4: The exersicises seem to be getting easier, I don’t feel the burn until the 3rd one
