I watched your video. I still could not reprogram the keypad. So I called Genie Support. I discovered that you need to press Program, 6, and the up down buttons at the same time. (That's the key to clearing out old codes). Then press 3,5,7 and then the up down button, then enter your new code and hit program button, Then go to overhead opener and press learn button. Then go back to keypad and enter your new 4 diget code number and hit the up down button 4-5 times SLOWLY or until it opens again.
