    Awesome workout Rick. You'll want to do this workout again and again. 2 phrases I am not sure I'm hearing correctly. "B boy" and "Turn outer"? The moves look the same to me. What am I missing?

    The old and the new meshed together in one awesome workout! Pffft…. much more like dancing than a workout. Even paused the video to turn on my disco light! Was still dancing after the video ended. This is another one to put on repeat!

    For anyone not aerobically fit it wouldn't hurt to do a short and slow paced warmup. This from beginning to end is a fastrack to 2500 steps. It was smart of him to concentrate on the steps with no real emphasis on arms or anything but legs and feet. This helps to insure the 2500 step goal. I like to do a little stretching when it's over. This is a great aerobic cardio dance or zumba video with motivating music where he talks throughout to motivate and instruct. It also takes some concentration to catch the little combo steps throughout.

    This was fun until the last 5 minutes. Then it was too many step-touches. All the repeated "bridge steps" get boring to me. The rest of it's good though. I like the variety of steps.

    These workouts are the BEST any time of day, but for me they are perfect after a long day at work. I do weights 3x per week, and your workouts on in between days. It is perfect that there are varying lengths because I often like to do a 10 minute one after a weight sesh. The best part about them is that they are FUN and they bring me joy! You are the best! Keep on keeping on, Rick! PS, the music like this disco funk and others is awesome. Thank you for putting it together for everyone! :)
