I used the tab maker to make mine and covered it in packing tape. Looked pretty nice.

Awesome, Lolly! I do something similar with pen boards. I've also used heavy card stock glued to Tyvex. I tend to stay away from the elastic pen loops because they're not as sturdy for fountain pens, but they do OK for pencils. :-)

and elastic tends to stretch out over time anyway. :)

that is Art Glitter Glue, but the company does not ship in cold weather. However, some sellers still sell it on Amazon anyway -- be careful ordering water based glue in winter!
