I be looking at plenty of videos of all types in case i be needing to work on my Glanza V. With every 'new to me' vehicle i tend to dilly dally and keep purchasing maintenence parts until i can also find paper manuals and online videos so i can make sure of what im doing and if i can skip a step to make it smoother work. Thanks for posting your videos.
@@NMG-Shawty yes so start at “I” (open circuit) and then move the sensor until you have continuity. You want the sensor positioned at the first point of continuity (switch just closed). When it’s set correctly the tps switch should open in sync with the throttle flap itself.
Thanks brother 💪🏻 it’s a smooth rocker cover with AN fittings connected to a China spec can. I fitted a sock air filter for bike carbs to the top as the one it came with wasn’t clearing the bonnet. Previous I had a RW developments one on the car but it had to go to make space for the coolant bottle…
@@shedworxxx Thanks man. I was thinking of getting an RWD one but as you said they seem to take up a lot of space in the bay. Do you have a link to the china spec?
@@officialtimcruz3077it’s from max speeding rods but I wouldn’t recommend it… a knock off cusco one would be better but RWD is definitely the best option available atm.
That's a really good demonstration of setting the TPS 👌
Thanks Brother. I try my best 🙏🏻 hopefully it’s not on the car for too long 😉

@@BrettSauve thank you, really appreciate the kind words.
@@shedworxxxIf I recall correctly those specificactions for that TPS are close to the AE86. interesting.
When you say back it off what do you mean? Are you sliding the sensor away from the actual throttle flap?
@@NMG-Shawty can you post a time stamp?
@@shedworxxx around 6:18 it’s when you adjust it for continuity

@@shedworxxx Thanks. Also with the td04 rebuild you did with the hybrid kit, was it Mamba rebuild kit you used?
@@officialtimcruz3077 I think it was just a Chinese kit. Got it from eBay.
This is massively helpful, I have a GT and and the idle just keeps hinting from 1800 - 2200 rpm, im hoping thos resolves it
You’re welcome bro and thanks for watching. Be sure to check that you don’t have any vacuum leaks first.
@@shedworxxx it's been a mind field chasing leaks and finding a new TPS is near impossible, you got super lucky having a new OEM one
@@cjbarnes2010message me on instagram I might be able to help you find one.
It fixed a problem I was having with the ignition timing on my car.
Hey ya, sup bro, my 4efte is running rich and black plugs please help.
