    Love the recipe, but I would use either EVO, grapeseed, or avocado oil instead, only 1 Tbsp.

    Nothing better than fried Red Cabbage with garlic and onions. Also Red Cabbage is much more nutritious than regular green cabbage. Very quick dish to make. Thanks for sharing.

      genuinely curious. how do 'we' know that red cabbage is more nutritious. how is this measured from ingestion through digestion

      @@dantenewyork7380 I go to nutrition charts that are readily available. Certain foods are healthier than others. We all know green leafy vegetables are the most nutritious from data published by nutritionists, that's the data I follow. Red cabbage is reported to have better nutrition.

    I love this recipe but I had a hard time hearing what ingredients you were listing due to the loud sizzle of the pan. Had to keep replaying the video. What kind of powder did you say. Sound like you said onion powder but its not listed.

      The red cabbage - purple Aveda varieties of Brassica oleracea Capitata Group is a kind of cabbage, also known as Blaukraut after preparation. Its leaves are colored dark red/purple. You can call it red cabbage or purple cabbage, it doesn't matter
