I was at Antaya for 5 days and Istanbul for 4 days in late Feb 2020. Fell in love with Turkish cuisine. Searched for Turkish salad and I'm glad to find this site. Must prepare this recipe. Tesekkur ederim! from Singapore and have a blessed Ramadhon.

Goes beautifully with Chicken schnitzel, Any fish, added to a pita pocket with lamb/beef/chicken. Add hummus, babaganoush, or yogurt, etc. We eat it on the side of any rice dish also. You can add some of it to a regular salad, add it to falafel, use it as you normally would slaw, toss it on a gyro, use ginger instead of radish, add a little sesame oil, a but of sugar and eat it with any Asian meal. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, etc and transform it to a larger salad. It’s endless! Vibrant, healthy flavor and crunch complements almost anything!
