Your test is NOT LOGICAL for men. So basically every men will 'have low confidence!' I mean men listen objective, w2oman not. so if she is saying to him 'Im sorry i have a boyfriend'. This is something that makes me think back on when I was more of a gamma male than a sigma. When I was with my first wife we joined a church and would go to parties with church couples in our age group. When the couples split up and all the guys went to one room to talk and women stayed in another room to talk, I would stay with the women. I did this because I didn’t care to talk about sports and the women were much prettier to look at. I can’t really say I learned anything from listening to them talk because it’s either about shopping or gossip. Actually, I never learned much from socializing with people.

Also very likely were part of a single pack in their youth and leading it and broke it in search for adventure where we cant take the entire pack with us. If you cant relate to this, i guarantee you are not a sigma, likely a confused/wannabe gamma.
It is seemingly a trend these days, because it isnt something to decide to be, it's who we are; it's in our DNA. While all these vidz can be an ego boost, It shouldn't be for Sigmas - because of all the types, knowing thyself comes very naturally to us, therefore it is mostly best used for other types to understand us; it saves them a lot of heartache and fumbling around us.

Just because you take a test that says one thing, you can take it on a different day and get a different result. You are either a leader or not. You either walk alone or do not. Regardless, you still have to interact with others. And we all evolve over time as we mature. No one is just one thing - even alphas and sigmas are made and can deteriorate.
