I easily meet 80%+ of theses. Yet still single and I see the opposite getting women queuing around the block for them?

One essential trait of what makes a Sigma is that we are are deep thinkers so it’s in our best interest to weigh the effects of being genuine or not. If we choose not to be, in most cases it shows emotional maturity.

I think we are all of these things.. but throughout the years society kinda dictates how we should be around people. We are influenced by cinemas, we aspire to become someone else to the point that we forget to be our genuine selves.. took me years to understand this. Great video btw I'm a fan! As a younger man, full of bravado (and aggression) I would have considered myself an “Alpha”, but now, as a middle aged man I very much believe I have transitioned to a Sigma - life experiences have turned me into one.

The funny this is I just leaned that there’s designated terms that suit this - Sigma & Ambivert. These two terms fit me very well, not 100%. The traits are strong. I’m turning 50 y/o, Empty-nester & starting to actually pay attention to ladies that flirt or I’m paying attention to. I’m AM taking advantage of my Salt & Pepper scruffy beard; it works. I thoroughly enjoyed my college years, excellent social life, I found a wife, I even got my degree. But casual acquaintances were puzzled to learn that instead of attending University sporting events, or joining a fraternity, I spent my time with a bunch of fabulous furry freak brothers exploring caves and climbing mountains.
However, on leaving college I somehow failed to get the memo and continued to live life my own way. Predictably, I failed to achieve notable success in corporate America or anything else.
It's only recently, through discussions like this, that I learned that I may have a personality type that had little interest in that life style anyway. And that my “failure” wasn’t necessarily due to a pathological condition.
I am gradually learning to be comfortable with my personal goals in life, but it's a work in progress.
I don't value what the man next door has. It means virtually nothing to sigmas, so keeping up with the Joneses just ain't our thing.
I like your advice to not put yourself in a box, no matter what the advice. I qualify as sigma and liked hearing that being introverted can be a good quality, yet I have taken charge of my life and have learned how to come out of my shell when it might benefit me. I will continue watching your videos, you seem very real, and genuine. The fact that I like looking at you because you’re drop dead gorgeous doesn’t hurt!
Ever since I started following the Lord and reading his word I am seeing that all the sigma male traits mentioned define my character exactly. God changed me from the insecure and mentally unstable person that i used to be and restored my life and character to how it should be before I was rebelling against my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The peace I have doesn't come from my self but it comes from him.

It's amazingly good (and also surprising I'm a pure sigma male) to hear that I'm all the signs that you've mentioned. But, I still understand I'm all equipped with equally big flaws as well. Life is hard for me now, but I will try to improve to survive better.
I 100% agree with you about the box. Let you identity come from deep knowledge of self, not any label from society. I don't like being boxed in at all (which ironically is a sigma trait) so when I randomly clicked on a sigma video, I was almost a bit annoyed how spot on most of the description was.

Once i heard about Sigmas, it helped me understand why i was a big outlier. Similar to the Myers Briggs, there is a spot for every personality type, and there is no single one that is best.
This woman does not understand what a real Sigma make is. She is describing her ideal man but these qualities aren’t necessarily Sigma traits. ❤❤❤❤
Paris - I am curious when the Sigma personality type description became part of the language, in the past these same personality types were described in the Myers-Brigs personality type as INTJ. It is a pretty rare personality type and you are born INTJ, you can't learn it and you can't unlearn it either. You can however learn to tone it down a bit when you marry a really good woman that can civilize the uncivilizable.

I just found out about sigma about 2 months ago it answers a lot of questions I've had for years I fit all of those u just put out there naturally it's just me it's why I'm different in good way that most people cant understand that I'm real and not fake

The problem with us sigmas is we stay away from the crowd. So, even if we are attractive to women, we would be scarce on the market.
8:20 I can definitely say that I have no norm. One example is music. I am US American and most singers I favor to listen to are not. I would blare out my music and people around would marvel saying: “I have never heard that before.” I almost never explore modern US mainstream. I have had people tell me that it is strange but cool. 😎
Not to worry about others things is one of the easiest things in life, just realize the one fact. Other people´s opinions are neither valid nor relevant in regard to you or whatever you do. All that matter is what you think of yourself, what you do and you have to stay true to that no matter what.
You will inevitably hit a lot of people on the head as they can´t handle this, there is no "compliment" manipulation possible, no sweet talk, no other vomit inducing socializing garbage to make you "agreeable". You are just who you are, others have to accept that or get lost.
Which adds another layer however... or it´s just a me thing cause i am natural born loner, you just simply do not value or see much point in relationships, you kinda take what is beneficial and bugger off afterwards as they make me feel restricted and i can´t have that. Also there is never a "we" in my thought or care, i can team up with people if i consider it beneficial to do so, but never to do something i could do on my own just to have company and never am i "part" of a team or whatever. I am always an outsider by choice and like to keep distance.
Another thing i genuinely have issues with is, authority, which follows in with the first point. I have to do what i have to do no matter what and other peoples opinion or thoughts on that are not relevant. That doesn´t make me good at following orders nor follow standards (only if both fall in line with that i think is best, in which i just "follow" by accident). However neither been a fan of applying rules/standards on others as i prefer people using the grey matter in their heads and get stuff down without others telling them step by step how to. One reason i am also highly annoyed by chicks with "daddy" issues.... i do not want a sub that needs me to tell her what to do in every part of life, grow up and learn to tie your own shoes or else i can´t even take you serious let alone consider you anything but obsolete.
Short part, sigma´s are pure chaos in what is a rule/standard loving society, and we are alpha´s worst nightmares as they want to lead/apply rules for others but there is nothing they can do to make us follow or even care. Beta´s are confused as for them anything we do seems easy and natural but we don´t want to have them "follow" us as "groupies" and praise our every move, that is an alpha thing.
Odd´s are no sigma is ever going past situationships.. it would be against their very nature and the vast majority of women (that i got to know) would ever be able to keep a sigma interested, or fit´s his way of life. However... you will attract a lot of women and even so you don´t care about most you have ample opportunity for casual fun if you so desire, just be warned a lot of chicks can´t handle you as you will not follow her expectations, neither will you give in an inch, are highly resilient to manipulation and even blackmail attempts won´t even bother you in the slightest.
Existing "outside" of society, yet doing what you do and be successful doing so, you will never "feel" to be part of something/with someone and are generally pure chaos wherever you step your foot into. If you don´t have your own business but are employed then good luck, if you have a superior with any brain activity he/she will realize it´s best to let you do what you do without ever asking questions and not look to close what rules you follow or break cause doing both is part of your nature. Have a boss that tries to "get you in line"... both of you will end up bashing their heads with each other without anyone giving in an inch, you are likely to find another job as this one is restricting you and expecting the worst from you, sell out on yourself to "do" as someone else wants.
Oh and one additional happy thing, you will find it hard to understand nowadays society and the addiction of many to complain/waste time over the most trivial of things (specially on social media). You are like an alien among people, the sooner you understand that the happier you will be, try not to blend in it won´t work and you will just hate yourself trying. Focus on what you want from life and pursue it, if you do that you will be a force of nature that gets forward no matter what. (you are likely to however walk over many "corpses", not literally but mentally speaking, not that you care either way. People just dislike/hate something they can neither understand, nor make to comply or get to be agreeable)
2 weeks ago i finally learned who i am finally after all these years. and all these tricks works. I have 4 women chasing me at the moment. :)

You may want to add the "Ambivert" to your discussion, and find an old copy of Gregory G. Young's "Your Personality And How to Live with it. I am an Adaptable Personality Style which could make me also a Sigma, but having had a Top Secret SCI clearance might have added to my closely held past.
I just want to be whom God has made me to be, is who I am authenticly me!

I'm probably in that category, however it doesn't matter because I've given up on women. I just do my own thing, and am no longer concerned with the fact that I'm completely invisible to women.
Being a sigma, I, like anyone else, tend to "project myself" on others. So when I "validate myself" I EXPECT others to do the same. When others come to me seeking validation, I offer only truth, that drives 95% of "potential friends" to the edge of my circle if not completely away. Sigma is is lonely place but often times that is best.
A true friend will help a friend out
I think as men we often think that listening is suggestions solutions, when we are supposed to be listening without such as well as listening for the emotion and not necessarily the issues.

Generally I find it interesting that the social "enigma" of selfconfident "lone wolf" has become such an interest for many coaches and youtubers. Yet after learning about this personality type, I found it revealing that from my 5 close friends 3 are sigmas too, 1 alpha and 1 omega. Very courious! One lives in another country and we had pauses of years, but when we reconnect its like the days we worked together 30+ years ago, its awesome. We don't need to get validation from each other, we just know how the other "ticks". Great relief in comparison to needy persons who get anxious if you don't reply within a certain time... find myself to avoid these types of relationships more and more, they feel like immature little children in comparison to my sigma friends. So please keep them coming, also in comparison to the other personality types. Your videos are eye-opening!

I have seen a couple of sigma videos... and I am apparently one of them. I am very independent, intelligent, I love being alone, I am financially well off, I travel the world.... and yet, when it comes to women, it's a struggle. It's really not like women would come to me just out of the blue... If I want a woman, I really need to go out there and start talking to them.... and it is very often very frustrating. Mainly because I often feel no connection whatsoever, and so I or she lose interest pretty quickly.

I was married to my high school sweetheart for 43 years. She passed away last year. I'm starting to look into dating. My problem is that I have no idea about women flirting with me. It also doesn't help that I have not had a date since We got married. I also don't have any experience flirting with women. It seems like women are not even remotely attracted to me. Am I doing something wrong?

I suppose I fall into this category, which is new to me. I've always described myself as a black sheep, not sigma. I've only very recently learned of this term, and it fits. It takes very little to make me happy, I'm kinda anti social, I never stick around, we're I'm not wanted, I despise authority, I'm not intimidated by anyone, I have morals, and standards, and I'm fiercely loyal. I'm in love, and she is a absolute angel, but we can't be together right now. It's heart wrenching. But I'll wait for her, till the end of time, if need be.
I've been a "Sigma" my whole life. It was extremely hard for me in my earlier years, but as the understanding of archetypes developed into a more coherent, categorized system, I was finally able to feel truly accepted as a certain "type" of personality. Of course not EVERY aspect applies to me but generally speaking, I've found a certain degree of understanding and comfort. Bottom line for me is: I'm doing my own thing. I'm a 62 year old man and I never knew I was a Sigma male. That explains alot of things that have happened throughout my life. I have 3 or 4 friends that I trust with my life, most people including myself thinks that's weird.
You should move to Europe.....everything so close. Paris 500km away from me. Berlin 550km, Amsterdam 280km, Brussels 280km. You could visit all of them in just few days.

Someone recently referred to me as this... I had NO idea what they were talking about. It still really doesn't register as I consider it just another social label... I've just followed my own path, my own work ethic and my own moral compass instilled in me by my parents (especially my father). My wife of 29 years even told me she did NOT find me attractive on our first couple of meetings... Until she saw me play drums on stage with my band. She saw me confident (and not 'arrogant' as she first thought) joking, laughing and having fun with my friends/bandmates... She said it was like a moth to a flame for her at that point... Then she noticed my way of dress, my sense of humor and my loyalty to my small circle of true friends. She fell in love with the real me.... she doesn't try to impose unreasonable expectations or standards on our relationship and appreciates my uniqueness. I just got lucky I guess.

I didn't even know I was a sigma male.. I thought I was just a lonely stoner, LOL. I lived in the woods in a tent for 2 months just to see if I could do it.... A man can't do things like that if he is in a relationchip😅
I have been meaning to all my life. Not conscious. When my friend came to see me in the military hospital, we were all covered in blood soaked bandages, she asked for the man who wasn’t moaning and groaning, she slept on the edge of bed and chair, we’ve known each other since she was was 14. She was actually a model for a while, it her appearance is secondary to me. I love her heart - she says I’m responsible for making her the woman she is, what a compliment!
She’s been be my the worst of me, shot to hell, looking like minced meat, she hates me doing stuff that risks my life for strangers - she never understood that. I came from a very poor background so I really started from zero. I never relied on anyone.
Friends - I can count my real friends on one hand, but those friends are people I can turn up on their door after 5 years and be treated like an honoured guest - likewise.
It’s nice that people like to understand me, but it’s not important that I’m loved or liked. My friends mostly speak up for me, or explain my behaviour, for example we went for street food with a group and I spent 2 hours learning to grill fish with a vendor. It interested me. I am just me, if someone doesn’t like me, then that’s their loss - honestly, I really don’t think about them at all unless they try to involve themselves.

35 years old now, I live with a pack of big dangerous rescue dogs in a cabin in a forest. After this winter, I'm moving to a more remote location in the mountains in Spain, where I bought a large plot of land to go off-grid. Eversince kindergarten, all I ever asked was to be left alone and in peace. All they did was try to make me believe I was wrong and needed more challenge because I was "too smart" (the adults) and bully me until there were several encounters that ended quite bloody, especially on their end despite me being alone against maybe twenty of them, many being two years older than I was (the kids in school). I just wanted to create stuff, be it with things I found, or my lego blocks as a child, or drawings,... Now I want to be in nature, among genuine living beings and not be forced to participate in humanity's whole insane hierarchy and rat race. People have been attracted to my lack of fear for "authoritarians", but their fear made it impossible to stay by my side when the governments start threatening and sending their thugs. And as was always the case, some "authority figures" respect me a lot, other truly hate me but can't justify their hate with anything but fear for their "authority" status.
I chose poverty many years ago over the poverty of submitting my soul, mind, and body, my honour and conscience, to the people that lack the virtue and wisdom to ever be up for consideration when it comes to signing away my free will to their false claim to "authority". This poverty was a very enriching experience, that literally no money in the world can buy. I'm always 100% sober ("straight edge"), and seek to live the most harmless life possible ("vegan" among other things). People who seek power, profit, who eat my brothers and sisters, who cut down forests, who always want more money and legally steal from the poor or even send them to war to get it,... I would end my life (or rather die fighting against them) before EVER enabling their harmful, abusive bully behaviour they themselves call organised crime, terrorism, war mongering, slave trade, drugs trafficking,... If any of their competitors do it. Obviously, I don't "vote", I don't trust anyone to represent me or my values and interests withing their systems, I keep my voice to represent myself when needed, and reserve all my rights.
I've quit their schools, their job market,... And they labeled me with "invalid" and "autism spectrum disorder" because of all of this, but I know it is human society that is the disorder in nature, and that has lost all of its redeemable value. I don't need their validation to know that I'm right when my soul tells me I am, and the universe has shown me in so many ways, things most humans would call "supernatural" and "impossible", but that did happen so many times in so many ways eversince I reconnected with nature and have accepted the only real authority, that doesn't boss around but leads, doesn't punish but rewards, and actually has my best interest in mind, and that of all living beings: me, in the biggest imaginable meaning of the word. Me, as part of the universe. Not superior or inferior to any other living being, but capable of making better choices and chasing better values.
I used to be surrounded by many people once the bullying in school stopped. People from all "(sub-) cultures", but that was an utterly lonely time for me nonetheless. Everyone came to me with all their problems, but I still mostly wanted to be left in peace. I love when I can help by listening and giving my brutally honest perspective, but it is exhausting, all that drama. Now, in my forest, with my pack of dogs, I'm never lonely. I am surrounded with living beings in more harmony or at least better understanding of each other than human society has ever shown.
Anyway, I know I've written a lot and I'm sorry if you felt you had to read it or reply to it (but in the end it was your choice, and you're a legend for sticking with it to the end), and for some reason within this context I feel like mentioning that I won't be going through Paris when moving from Belgium to Spain.

If I would be a sigma, which I am, then I would certainly not concentrate how to attract women, I’d just be myself and that’s it. And the space for my lovely female opponent to do just the same. That creates security and bonding right away.
I have a mix of sigma, alpha and beta traits. I think I lean more towards the sigma side though.
I tend to prefer that small group of friends, as opposed to large groups.
I don't care what people think of me. I do my thing. If they think I'm weird, I don't really care.
I'm an introvert most of the time - I don't usually like to draw attention to myself. The exception is if you put a musical instrument in my hand, I have no issue playing for an audience.
I don't need validation (validation seeking is a sign of insecurity)
I'm the quiet one in my group of friends. Sometimes, it bothers my wife, but she is getting to learn that just because I'm not talking doesn't mean something is wrong... it just means I have nothing to say.
I also seldomly get very animated. My wife had to learn how to read me. For example, she used to be upset when she gave me a gift and I didn't have the reaction she was expecting... its not that I didn't love and appreciate the gift, I just didn't express how much I loved it in the same way she felt I should have.
