Despite being detached, a sigma male is emotionally intelligent. Not only does he manage his own emotions, he is in tune with the emotions of others. You know, what's funny about this trend as of late with Sigmas is I've been this way all my life. But, it's only been in the last couple years that the "Sigma Male" has gained popularity. Before that, I was referred to as the typical "Aquarius Man". I'm fine either way.
This sigma-personality thing is really an eye opener to me. I have now found who I am, and this explained some comments over the years, that my mother got during childhood, and that I have received as an adult. Though I enjoy my own company, I am very much an extrovert. But my staying home with myself as company is easy for me, and becomes my first choice, something that is not good for my extrovert side; the effect is that I in the long run get drained of energy. A psychologist once told me, that I have to force myself out of my home a few times a week, to fill my energy supplies.

I think sigmas use both their emotional side as their logical thinking combines. They fuse these different areas in one dynamic model.
I always tried to explain to others that I use something like VR in my mind. But recently I have this aha moment that I may actually use dream states but awake like augmented reality. I simulate all possible outcomes at once and fly through the possibilities to see other sides..

I wonder how many failed sigma's are around the world. Probably a lot more than people know. (I mean failed, as their own choices have not paid off and their character has not been recognised). As you say, the main character is the choice of their own path, this does lead to unsurmountable obstacles and therefore needs to be tackled by a different means (maybe many times)

I know that we always choose the quality over quantity, and rather be alone than in bad crowd. Its just much better for me to be alone in my thoughts that with someone with a mindset of "buy me...or give me money, money, money". Traditional values are important and moral lines must be held. How do you know my personality so well? I thought I was totally different from everyone on this planet until I took a personality test . People like me who still keep their word, who keep their women on a petistal 100'/, loyalty . To the few friends I've got. I don't care about public opinion, . Only sigmas will know what you are talking about. Others can't fake it, because it's more or less swimming against a tide, not for sake of it, but because you are who you are. Others will drown trying and gets bored because of need to impress others.
Sigma man is impressed by very few, but is not thinking so highly aboutself either. That "self worth" you mentioned, is actually coming from his own quest of a deeper meaning, and for his own drive to be better than people treading him. Sigma is highly tuned for justice and well-being of others, him included.

And yes it is to me abundantly clear that it’s in our DNA because you can see the different traits in young school children and it matures as we go through the life phases . Hmmmmmm, personally I don't care about the last sign which is aesthetics so much. I'm more of a guy that wants functionality over looks when it comes pretty much to anything. A tool, car, a girl or what ever can look good, but if they don't work the way you want them to, or takes way too much effort to keep it working, they're not of any use to you then.
Functionality always over the aesthetics in my mind, but girl still has to be decent enough looking in my eyes and a girl that has the personality that I'm looking for becomes so attractive to me. But if she starts messing up or causing harm, it's no big deal to just move on from her either.

Every single description of a "Sigma male" I have heard is indistinguishable from the description of an ENTP. It's not something that you aspire to be. It's just a Myers Briggs personality type. A rare one since only like 3 percent of the population is ENTP but still just a personality type. Nothing wonderous here just an ENTP. Maybe an ENTP with a lot of confidence but still nothing special per se.
