I love this video and will apply most of it. My hair care routine is minimal. I wash it 2 -3 times per week and that is it. I have long hair that is curly and frizzy so it takes a lot of time to wash and dry. I cannot blow dry without it being super frizzy so I wear it up on my head 90% of the time. I wear my hair straightened most of the time so that requires flatiron work , which I know is damaging.

Please enter me in the Lador giveaway. I watch your videos every week and not only because you give THE BEST ADVICE, I just love your uplifting personality! I appreciate how you give tips and tricks for us ladies over 50 and 60 😂. I have very thick wavy, frizzy hair. I use the Redken shampoos and conditioners, Big Blow out, Olaplex oil, Purelogy leave in spray, etc. I’ve tried most. Oh, I also used Wow products but nothing works to get my hair soft and shiny like yours. I, also, bought the Tymo blowout brush like you suggested. I like it but, again, it doesn’t straighten my hair like I hoped. And, of course, I watched your video on proper use. I’m hoping these Lador products can make the difference. Thank you for your videos. Then are so enjoyable! Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Jeannie

Hi Gabi! Thank you for sharing your knowledge, I am 60 years old and I have very fine hair, I am going to to start warming up my Velcro rollers to get more volume on my hair. I usually do a face mask and a hair mask with keratin from L’Oréal or I use coconut oil. Thank you for you great work.

Thank you for all you do. I appreciate your advise. I am soon turning 70. …. I don’t generally pay attention to skin and hair care. Just shampoo twice once a week and wash with cleanser before bed. Now that I have been following you for a few weeks, I still wash my face before bed with cleanser, but now include a serum and moisturizer. Upon waking I splash my face with coolish water and use another type of serum and a sunblock moisturizer to start the day. Definitely will be changing up my hair routine after watching this video of yours. I do not colour my hair, I like my natural colours, I have cut my hair to a similar style to yours and it is fine and starting to thin. My children have commented that my appearance has been looking better as I age. I thank you for that❤ 🇨🇦

I just started using the protein treatments based on your recommendation, and even though I've only done two treatments, I can already tell a huge difference in my hair texture! I pretty much do the same routine as you but I use coconut oil instead and only on my ends amd just leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing. I only use heat on my hair once a week but I do have highlighted hair so I try to be as gentle as possible on it.

Hi Gabbi, love your channel and that it's geared towards older gals.
I'm 63, I probably am about 60% grey but I do color my hair myself. I wash it twice a week and have tried alot of your recommendations for styling fine hair, in fact I told my husband to buy me a curling wand for Christmas after watching your recent post on how to wave a Bob😂
I have not heard of oiling, I would like to give that a try!

Thank you Gabi! I grew out my gray hair from 2020-2022. No more dying it blonde. I love the silver color.I still haven’t figured out what products work for it though. Gray hair is a different texture. It’s thinner and easier to damage. I’m super nervous using heat styling and have had some breakage from it.
I need a life saving product!! lol.

Thanks Gabi, I absolutely love this video! 💕I am already doing something similar and your video gave me a lot of ideas and details for improvement. My scalp is dry and so there are more days between my wash days, and I use dry shampoo multiple days. I'm going to give my hair a nice protein treatment more often now and would love to try the LADOR one!

Gabi, I would love nothing more than to only wash my hair every other day! My style is slowing growing out and it wigs out everywhere as well as having coarse hair from either aging or years of being too hard on it. I am using bonding treatments, heat protectant and leave in conditioner as before I never did and slowly my hair has improved but going without washing is out of the question. I don't even know what style I'm going for, lol, by the time I get there I'm liable to be to old and get it all cut off anyway! Thanks Gabi, love your video's.

Gabi, I always shampoo twice, use one of my husbands white t- shirts
To dry my hair ( softer, less friction than a towel). And once a month do an oil treatment ( leave on overnight- either evoo, almond or coconut oils).
I have learned so much from your posts! Thanks soo much ❤ I would love the opportunity to try Labor protein Tx.. it must be awesome. I have fine hair subject to friz in humidity.

I have learned so much from subscribing to your videos the past couple of years! I usually wash my hair 2-3 times a week (more often if traveling) because although I am many decades old, it still gets oily on the scalp after a day or two. I use a hot blow dry brush or curling iron maybe once every 10 days. I work at home so generally air dry and use a curl cream to coax my natural waves into a nice shape. From this video I learned how to properly use dry shampoo, something I began using about once a week maybe a year ago. I had been spraying and immediately brushing, so I'll wait now that I know what I should have been doing! Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge and helpful hints. I love watching your videos and seeing occasional glimpses of your beautiful family. You have such a natural charm and inner bright light -- it's such a pleasure spending time with you every week. Love from Arizona!🌵🌵💖💖

As always, another great video Gabi! Fellow Canadian here. My self care routine is still developing because I used to have short hair (almost pixie short with an undercut) until two years ago when I decided to finally grow it out after 12 years. That being said, I am still trying to find a hair care routine that suits me. I currently do the same hair wash schedule as you but I’m missing the protein treatment and hair oil step so that is something I will have to work on. I’ve bought the Tymo volumizing hair brush after watching your latest video on it and it’s done me wonders! Would love to try the Tador products and see how it can help my hair especially because it’s lacking shine and softness.

I love these step-by-step videos! Thank you for doing them, I usually wash my hair twice a week and use Olaplex weekly. I just ordered the Lador Perfect Hair Fill-Up for the first time. I follow your blow out video using Lador heat protectant and use velcro rollers. Question: on the 2nd day after washing do you use the heat protectant before using velcro rollers? I have shorter hair and don't know how to put it up. I live with it looking so-so in between washes. CPAP machine is not hair friendly. Occasionally use the perfumed hair oil. I want to try LA'DOR Keratin Power Glue and dry shampoo. I would love to see a hair oiling video! I've never heard of it. You're like the daughter I've always wanted.

I use amika shampoo, mask, leave-in conditioner and heat protectant before blow drying with my amika flat hair dryer brush on Sunday. I wear a cowgirl hat so I oil the ends everyday after combing once through the hair in the morning. On Wednesday I re-wash/blowout. If I go longer than 3-4 days between washes I use dry shampoo and slick back my hair. Otherwise, I always oil the ends daily (even trying beef tallow). I’m 50 from Texas.

Thanks for your videos, I learned a lot about hair and makeup. I'm from Toronto, Canada. My usual routine is to do a good wash on Sunday and blow-dry and Monday I can do styling with hair iron usually to curl. And Friday I do dry Shampoo which I learned today to leave for a few minutes than work on it, Saturday I do over night oil and Sunday I restart.

I wash my hair as little as possible, but I’m a very oily girl! I *can* get away with washing on a Saturday, for example, and then wearing it in pigtails Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, then washing on a Wednesday, but I can NEVER wear it down the day after washing. What I’m going to change up is how I use my dry shampoo, however. I clearly don’t leave it long enough before moving along with doing my hair (up in pigtails, that is!). I wish I could do a wash on day 1 and still wear it down on day 2, but that isn’t my reality! Thanks for posting!

I absolutely love the lador oil for my fly away and it does smell so great, thanks for that tip ❤ I use hair food to wash and yes I follow how to wash my hair from you😊. I have some natural curl so I diffuse blowout next day, yep is usually up. Day 3 is a little dry shampoo and fluff it back out. Then day4 is wash day, sometimes I’ll dry straight. Thank you so much again for your videos my hair does look and feel better since watching you ❤ pushing 60 just wish I’d seen earlier

Yea! I’m not a skank because I only wash my hair 2X/week! Since going thru menopause my hair is SO dry i don’t even need dry shampoo cause I have no oily days. But now I want to do a protein moisturizing treatment once a week. I’ve been remiss about that! Can’t wait to see if that and an oil treatment evening makes a difference. Would love to win the Lador pkg, but either way, thanks for your suggestions.

Loved the video! I really want to try the Lador products. Since I am in my 60's and retired now, my hair care routine is to wash my hair once a week. It's a lot less oily as I've gotten older. Basically, I blow dry it (using your tips from that blow out video!) and then add the velcro rollers while I do my make up. I put up my hair a lot - especially because I have decided no more coloring! I'm joining the silver sisters! There were great suggestions in this video. Especially about freshening the style with the velcro rollers.

Love this! I need to get better at incorporating a treatment mask weekly. I tend to skip this, mostly due to…well…life. It’s time to consider my hair care routine as ‘self care’. 🤗

Thank you for this chance to win! My hair care routine consists of washing my hair 2-3 times per week. I use Ladore protein treatment once a week. I purchased it after watching another one of your videos and love it. I use the Purology leave in conditioner, redken heat protectant, and an oil. I have a list on Amazon of the other Ladore products I would love to get. You look beautiful as always. Happy holidays!

I wash my hair every other day (shampooing twice per your recommendation is new for me) followed with a volumizing spray with protectant in it. Once a week, I use Ladore protein treatment per your recommendation...have only done it once. The keratin powder glue sounds interesting. I don't have an Instagram account, so hopefully I'm still considered entered into your giveaway. Thanks for your videos!

I do the oiling which has given me great results as I do have a very sensitive scalp. Thanks for all your great and informative videos!!!! Happy Holidays 🌲 🎁

Good Morning!! Love your videos. I have very thinning hair, I am going through a hairless stage in my life, trying to seek out some help with a dermatologist. Sunday night i wash, condition with Nioxin. Use Pantene repair shots on my ends after I'm out the shower I use Nioxin foaming serum on scalp and leave in conditioner spray on my ends and air dry. Updo on Monday and Tuesday because I work in the health field, Tuesday night I do the same as Sunday night. Wed. and Thursday updo and Thursday night do my regular wash, condition and repair shot. Usually wear my hair down on Friday. My hair is brittle on the ends. I do have new growth, so my hair is thicker near the scaldp and very thin at the ends. Hope I win these products, I would like to try something new.

❤ thank you for doing such wonderful videos, they are incredibly helpful and informative. I follow very similar pattern with Sunday, washing my hair and styling it and then I rewash it again on Wednesday. I find that in the winter I heat salad a lot less than in the summer or some reason makes no sense, lol. I would love to be considered for the prize cause I’ve never use those products and I consider myself a bit of a product junkie. Looking forward to following you on Instagram now. Thanks and merry Christmas.

I have dry, fine, curly-kinky hair and I wash it every 7-10 days and also use a protein treatment that I mix in a deep conditioning mask. I usually blow dry and flat iron it on wash day, then no heat for a couple of days. I will wear it up the first few days because if I don’t, I find my hair will revert back to its curl if there’s the slightest bit of humidity. It holds heat styles much better on the 4th or 5th day. I use the Olaplex oil every few days as well. Im curious to see how Lador would work on my hair. Oh, and my hair is also thinning due to menopause😢

Weekly hair routine, wash every other day with Bonding Shampoo and Conditionr, once a week Olaplex 3 treatment and before washing I use a hair oil. After shampoo and conditioner, towel dry hair, use leave in conditioner on mids and oil on the ends. My hair is past my waist, so to much to blow dry. I would love to try the LaDor Osmanthus scent. Love all your videos!

Omg. Labor sounds so good! I have curly hair that I blow dry in winter. Going out with wet hair in winter (illnoise winter) gives me a head ache. I usually do the African 7 oils treatment on my haor overnight from Saturday to Sunday. Then wash, do an olaplex treatment, another hair mask, then blow dry.

Hi! I just wanted to say that I adore your videos. They are very informative and have helped me with my hair care routine. Until now, my routine has been quite simple: shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in. However, after watching your video, I have decided to add a Lador protein treatment to my routine. I hope this new step will make my hair healthier and more shiny! Merry Christmas to you! 🎄

Thank you for all you do! I wash on Friday and Tuesday. Earlier this year I watched your video recommending Lador products. After purchasing them on Amazon, I used them for the first time and now I'm hooked. Sometimes Amazon doesn't list the protein treatment as available, but the heat protection product does seem to be available when I want to place an order. I haven't been washing my hair twice, and I'm not sure I always get it wet enough. I feel like those are the two recommendations I'll be applying to my routine in the new year.

So I should shampoo twice, then use the Lador protein before I use a conditioner? I absolutely love the Lador ampules, perfect and easy to use. Yes please share hair oiling. I’ve only been washing my hair once every 7-10 days and letting it air dry. So freshening up often is really needed. ❤

Thank you for All the Helpful Tips!! Love your video's. If I'm not going anywhere where I need to fix my hair I apply little Castor Oil to my ends and sometimes my scalp after my shower at night. Then wear my hair in a pony tail. I have natural curly hair so it doesn't look greasy. And I add it to my eyebrows and eyelashes to help them grow. Thanks for the chance to win.

I don’t have such an intricate routine. I wash my hair 2xs a week. Wash and light condition only ends. Hair mask 2x month. Then I use volume spray/mouse before blow dry. Flat iron as needed. Velcro rollers mainly weekend when going out. Question: the roller brush you used before the velcro rollers, does it dry your hair or is it used on dry hair

I used to do coconut oil treatments at least twice a month before having a baby.. I’m just now finding “me time” again now that he’s 19 months old 😅 I usually wash my hair two times a week. I used to heat style with my oval blow dry brush, but I’ve recently taken a break from it. I have started using the protein hair fill ups from Lador based on your recommendation & it’s made a huge difference in my hair. I had it highlighted about a month ago & my hair was feeling a bit rough & lost its shine. I’m going to use your weekly hair care schedule as a baseline to try to get back into a healthy hair routine again! Thanks for the video!
If anyone can recommend a hair oil to try, I would greatly appreciate it!

Love your channel! I have transitioned to my natural hair color, which is grey now😁
I generally wash my hair 2-3 times a week. I find that now that it is grey it looses it's shine more quickly so have to shampoo more often. But I am definitely planning to add a protein treatment after watching your videos

I wash twice a week and try to limit heat to 2 days. Before watching hair care videos I air dried and straightened daily without heat protection! Yikes! I started styling my grown out bangs daily because otherwise they look terrible. I had several inches cut off in October but I feel like I need a change. New year, new style maybe? I love your blow dry brush tutorial. What a great tool.

I wash twice with okapkex then condition once a week then apply argan oil brush it through with a WetBrush apply a smoothing/heat protectant let it air dry most of the way then finish off with a blow dryer and round brush. I’m a nurse in the operating room so I have to cover my hair so it stays in a scrub hat Monday through Friday so it’s kinda protected the majority of the day. I rarely wear it up or use hair spray and I never use dry shampoo. I’m also dye free since November 2020 please pick me as winner 🥇

Hello and thank you for the I opportunity. I practiced using a hair oil once a week and leave it all day. I would like to consider doing a protein treatment, I have never tried it. Do you have any videos about thinning hair. I don’t have much but because it’s curly, it looks like I have some hair😊 thank you for sharing all of this great information. Self care is something I’m trying to practice, since I have 4 kids and my time seems is mostly for them.

My weekly routine includes most of what you describe minus the protein treatment. I double shampoo, condition, followed by leave-in conditioner and hair oil for my tips and ends. I have yet to try a protein treatment but look forward to doing so should I be a winner in your contest 🙂 BTW, could you please include a link to the Shower Cap you use after the protein and oil treatments? And, yes, I would love you to do a video on hair oiling. Thanks so much Gabi and Happy Holidays to you and your family.
