I hate when people say: “sorry to cut you off” and the continue to say what they were going to say instead of letting the person speak. It’s like saying “sorry but what I have to say is actually more important so even though I’m saying sorry, I don’t truly mean it so I’m going to proceed anyway..” but, other than that small moment -- excellent interview!

The magnet idea and sticker idea is a real good one, I am going to focus on building that relationship and prospecting to build my internal business. I'm 19 turning 20 soon and I plan on staying in the business for a long time so I'm going to invest into my career. Love the videos. Any little tips being young in the business?
Here in California that is illegal to offer anything of value to get customers into the dealership, including cash. Its known as a "Bird Dog Fee".. So what can I do to get customer referrals?
every time I ask an old timer if working in car sales still worth it.they tell me don't waste my time its a cut throat shady business.yet I see so many salesman making great money and not. screwing over people.

The Dealer Playbook your welcome.im very good at getting motivated buyers and tons of leads to come in.my only confusion is how we salesman get paid?i hear no one gets paid until the deal is funded?what are things you have to have together to fund the transaction faster documents and down payment?
If you never did it how would you know. Make a copy of the pizza menus and give customers 10 % discount. When the customers comes in for service they will seek you out for a discount. Then ask them who do you know looking for a car. Yes it pays off if you do it right.
bad ideas ! one after another. people use your, reminders, magnets, your cards all your prospecting tools and walk into your work and buy from someone else and you not even know it.. yes you'll get a few sales but what your really doing is promoting you dealership and others sales guys pocket book.

Your name on the boxes helps you sell cars. That I guarantee if you do it right.

At my dealership if you document your prospects in the system and they go to some one else you get a half a sale soo I don’t see where u would lose ??
