"Well, it gives us some time on our own, which is nice." LMAO, like a married couple.
+Vladpryde You can just see hammond's digust like "Please, don't ever say that again"
LOL it's like that moment when they were having dinner on the overnight ferry to Norway in Series 6...
Tuneman1984
Huh, I'll have to look that up.
Vladpryde Sorry, somehow missed your reply until now. But if you're still looking it's Series 6 Episode 6, the race to Oslo with the Mercedes SLR McLaren.
Tuneman1984
Very kind of you, thanks!
"Jezzel fix it" hahahaha
Jerermy Fixit Clarkson.
im sure it used to be in the title, but they changed it since the whole... incident with jimmy
hoptheloop I
Jez'll Fix It
"It's like losing your virginity... I'm going to mend lots of things now". We all know the feeling.
I don't
@@magmafang7187 lol, patience my friend
I don't
Haha yeah, I remember being a clueless 14 year old and once I lost it I suddenly felt like I was a ladies man, ended up dating like 5-6 more times in the next year after none before that
To varying degrees of success but it seemed so much easier
By college it was no worries at all though
Well not ALL of us…
I love hammonds face when James says well it gives us some time on awhere own witch is nice
Yeah-yeah. He is trying to conceal his discomfort.
“Sometimes my genius, it generates gravity,” Jeremy Clarkson, 2019, driving on top of a nautical themed motorhome
Hammond looks distinctly awkward when May says "well this gives us some time on our own which is nice"
Like the caravan challenge, Richard and James are on a bed and James says how the sound of a passing train is romantic.
A man will do things he has never done before in times of desperation (in this case, to avoid driving a Morris Marina).
Indeed. You're driving along, then a grand piano clobbers your Morris Marina, and just ruins tour whole day.
wats with the Norris Marina hatred lol
Prostreet Fairlady Z and what is there to like?
Jeremy Clarkson:
Achievement Unlocked - Fix something without a hammer.
Haha, classic James making his occasional "romantic" comment.
You do realize those are all forced scripted lines right?
+KarlosBricks you do realise no one gives a shit right?
erosion271 Calm down, pal
@@karlosbricks2413 A joke cant be funny if its scripted ?
@@karlosbricks2413 You do realise that everybody else knows.
"i would have never attempted this before but now i can" hahahaha cant fuckin wait til their back on amazon
I never knew orangutans could fix things.
Neither did i but here we are
He didn't even use a hammer!
orang-utans and some other great apes have hit their Stone Age Jeremy is stuck in the hammer age
He has fully evolved.
"Jez'll fix it" and in episode 9 of the grand tour jezza got put in a police van for filming children that weren't his 😂
Did he 😂
The only time in the entire run of Top Gear that Jeremy has made something work! XP
Derp Derpington they had to tell him what the engine parts were that was the best part.
He fixed his engine in the middle east with a bit of concrete and a glove
And he fixed his porsche in patagonia
@@thekenmatax18 And a piece of wood, don't forget the wood
Fixed his BMW with a hammer in the Africa special.
Saying "Jez will fix it" in 2009 - that aged well didn't it! 😂
"I've mended something! I've mended something!"
"He changed a bulb."
the thought of Jezza "fixing" anything would make me check my life insurance to see if i was covered!
I just fixed an old record player, and the first thing I said was, "I'VE MENDED SOMETHING!"
"Well it gives us time on our own which is nice..." I couldn't stop laughing
Hammonds face is funny cos he has a face as if to say don't say that James 🤣 😂
I quoted this today, after replacing the spark plugs and ignition coils on my VW GTI, I yelled "I'VE MENDED SOMETHING!" at the top of my lungs...got some strange looks...
I MENDED SOMETHING!!! I MENDED IT!!!
Thank you so much for posting this clip. I just fixed something in my car that's been boggling me for the past few weeks. It was the stupidest solution but I felt quite similar to Jeremy.
I feel just like Clarkson sometimes.. I've actually yelled out in joy: "I mended something" when I managed to fix something
It's like loosing your virginity !!! That one knocked me out LOL !!
This is how I felt the other day after drinking some Ephedra tea. I started cleaning my desk and then repaired my ceiling fan and then repaired my father's laptop lmao I've never been so motivated
Jeremy's reaction is definitely like me when I've mended something I'm genuinely amazed :-)
this opened the floodgates. James does come up with some funny lines.
Every time I fix something, I come back to this clip.
This is how I felt after replacing the bulb in my Christmas tree 😆
did anyone recall the bit in Cast Away that when Chuck starts a fire?
Now that lightbulb is on POWERRRR...
It's like the time I successfully made a paper airplane from the "Origami Paper Airplanes" book I have. Stuff like that is a huge dopamine release
I'm gonna mend LOTS of things now!
LOL
The Clash makes this a million times better :)
Hammond: He change the bulb
May: That was never hapened before
:D :D :D
Jezza fixing something and it actually working is two completely different things
That night at the hotel, Jezzal fix it, went berserk.
@FORTY848 Hammonds face is priceless
And the winner for the category of General Incompetence goes to (drum roll) Jeremy Clarkson.
It's like losing your virginity, there's a sense that i've unlocked a treasure chest of possibilities,
I"M GOING TO MEND LOTS OF THINGS NOW :D
'Well it gives us some time on our own. Which is nice.'
Then Richard looks like he feels rather ill. Lol.
Hahahahaha, the electric window switch is back in..!
So with the exception of the Opel that Hamster brought back from Botswana, have any of these three kept a car from these challenges?
@FWalshingham I did the same thing after rebuilding the carburetor in my '72 Olds Cutlass. It was quite a triumphant moment.
"It's like losing your virginity..." :L
Gotta love these guys, great show :)
1:11
Funniest moment in this episode! James May is the best.
OMFG, he's a genius now..
Confidence does many things
my fav ep
Wow nice work Doctor Power
I'm the same as Jeremy when I mend something at it works :-)
It's a miracle!
I remember my first time fixing something.
Rumour has it the lights still work
'Well it gives us some time on our own, which is nice.'
I wonder whether that stuff is scripted, or James is enough of a plonker to come out with things like that on his own.
Top Gear just gets better and better with every series I think!
thanks
lol at the awkward dinner for two!
I think of this every time I mend something. Last time was an old Tektronix 465B Oscilloscope, particularly proud of that one.
I wonder how he fixes relationship issues..... Oh right, how silly of me! *Jeremy Clarkson voice* With... A HAMMER!!!
I shared Jezza's feeling today...... Replaced a faulty brake caliper......:)
The only time Jeremy fixed something without out a hammer
Its not an 911, its an 944 S2! Know your Porsches!
lol jeremy is js plain crazie!!! damm
Literally me today after changing spark plugs for first time (wanted to get into working on cars so this is a start)
I thought that the sledgehammer was the best tool for fixing a car...
If you think about it , Jeremy is right, fixing something is like losing your virginity... Once you do the basics, you want to experiment and try all sorts of things! lmao
I've menden something toooooo! I'm soooo happy!!!!!
I did what Clarkson did in front of my mates and made a fool of myself!
congrats!
BRING BACK JEZZA, BRING BACK JEREMY CLARKSON !!!
this is the last cookie
With all that said, i will still love and respect him and his colleagues, without losing 1% of faith in him. I could not care less about his personal life, i love him as an entertainer, broadcaster, journalist and writer, and if u ask me, that's what every one should care about. Personal life should stay : personal.
What happened behind the cameras, that's none of my business.
It's not my job to judge, it's my job to decide whats good and what's bad, what i like and what i don't, and for me, Clarkson is the best motoring journalist on entire planet, same goes for Hammond and May. No one can replace them. They are the finest example of motoring journalism, roll models, persons to appreciate and respect for what they have done. Richard Hammond, James May and Jeremy Clarkson deserve a title of Sir, there's no fracas on Earth that can change my mind and make me think otherwise.
this is the last cookie Your questions and conclusions lead nowhere, you just don't seem to get it, sorry, but i don't want to lose my time arguing with you. Speculate as far as you can. Those who get it will understand what i talk about.
Happy Birthday Jeremy! ^_^
Thanks.
Jez the builder , can he fix it !!
Jez will fix it. Yesssssssss.......
good for youXD
I just fixed the pedal on my piano and now this is me
where's the whole episode?
Where my 944 Chads at? I remember my first "Mend" on the 944, swapping out a DME relay! lmao
0:49 I'm gonna mend lots of things now.
reminds me of Fix It Felix car edition
Lol. And you were on this video watching it too.
Boris Johnson right now 0:31
They’re playing Bankrobber by The Clash 😩
normalish, its the same word as 'fixed' really. Depends where you're from to which words you use. A farmers more likely to say 'bugger' than a city boy.
We are witnessing the evolution of a species
"Right.., where's my hammer "
@untickledryme69 knowing him he would, but he had some sense, thats just as suprising as hes' MENDIT IT
What episode is this
Jeremy should use hammer to fix lights :P
jezzle fix it😂
The orangutan finally fixed something!
Jeremy: its like loosing your virginity!
Oh sorry man, the youtube layout is all over the walls on the phone because it shows few new comments then few old comments and you can get confused, I now saw your other comment where you corrected yourself.
A 1991 Porsche 911 S2.
RWD.
And a 2969 CC Engine.
Top Gear was a good show
And he didn't even need his hammer!
Amazin', isn't it?
'Jezz'll fix it'
This is not session 13 episode 5 in Netflix....
james may>everything
"You changed a ball..."
