Please consider adding to your "preamble" about using digital scales to measure out ingredients. No requests for measurements by cup, spoon or other inaccurate measure will be entertained. If folks are serious about baking, they really have to take the next step. I really wonder, some folks spend inordinate amounts on fitting out their kitchens but won't get a set of electronic scales, then wonder why the recipe doesn't work for them *scratches head*.

At 12:05, where it says to roll the dough to 5mm thickness- can you please advise the estimated dimensions of the dough rectangle (height/width) in cm? 2. When you cut the cinnamon rolls, can you please advise what is the thickness of each slice? 3. When baking, do you use convection or non-convection heat? Your cinnamon rolls look absolutely GORGEOUS and whenever I was making them in the past, they always un-rolled themselves in the oven during baking, so I hope to give it another shot with your recipe and techniques. Yes I am using all purpose without baking powder. Self rising flour is with baking powder.
