Hello and welcome to my channel !❤💕 To all those my dear viewers who complained that their puff pastry didn't rise, First of all you need to understand the whole theory of "How a puff pastry rises".... Just like "chapati" , puff pastry needs a very high temprature to rise ...As you see no raising agents are used during dough making process......, Puff pastry rises because of those gaps that form between the dough layers left by the fat melting and are pushed (leavened) by the water turning into steam during the baking process ....and all this process needs a very high temperature to work...please check your oven first if it is working well.. Great recipe, but sorry but that does NOT look like '3 tbspns of butter' more like 1/2 cup..........also lemon juice looks more like 1/4 cup.............can you please confirm........for Puff pastry precise measurements may be of importance......thanks
Out of all the puff pastry videos I’ve been looking at, I love this one the most!!!! I love how the puff pastry recipe is not a short cut “fast” recipe and how you show how to do each pastry with the dough! Other videos just show the finished dough and give no instruction to how best continue. Plus the variety of recipes is crazy in this video! Thank you so much for dedicating the time to make them and edit it so well!

Made this tonight and used the cut off pieces to make a sweet and a savory snack. Couldn't wait for morning, while the dough rests. LOL! A lot of work, but totally worth it. The pastries were flaky and ddelicious! A fool proof recipe! My first time making puff pastry and they're perfect!

Your recipe is very time consuming and worth every second . Your dough was put into a saddle bag on my mule Samson along with cherries , cranberries and walnuts in a jar with rum . Small pies were put into a Dutch oven in a campfire while it was snowing here in the mountains in New Mexico and the results were Heavenly . Samson loves your recipe and so do I . I didn’t understand how to store finished pastry until ready to use...you said to put it in the fridge, but how do you wrap it to keep it fresh .... do you fold it back up or keep it flat? Love ALL your videos!! Thanks!

Hello, I hope I can help you with that, when you are making bread a cup=225 grs, when you are making a cake (the flour is sifted) a cup=125grs or you can measure by oz. a cup=8oz. A pound (lb)=16oz.

pastry shops usually sell crappy frozen puff dough with no butter , too many aren't properly trained.
