This movie WAS ahead of its time and that scene when Loretta enters the Internet STILL has a chokehold on me. Thank you guys for watching one of my fav Disney Channel Original Movies and for recognizing its absurd greatness!
This took so many directions and usually you can tell what’s coming next in a Disney movie but I couldn’t call anything. Disney was throwing shit together for this movie
The tone in this movie is all over the place; the abrupt shift into ominous creepiness when Loretta takes over Sam's body haunts me till this day. Rosco's created a goddamn monster here, and none of them seem to realize it!
SAMEEE i thought he was so cute in phil of the future 😩 I don’t remember the plot but sometimes I randomly think of scenes from the show and im like “wtf was going on???”
That cat game sponsor is the first time in my life that I have ever installed a game because of a app. The cat theme and relaxing atmosphere got me to download it. Thank you for convincing me already on a game about cats lol
I just realized 2 months later that I said holographic and not hologram 😭 shout out to the 90 people who liked this and didn't correct me yall the real ones
As a 27 year old this movie was my childhood. The scene where Loretta/Sam stands in the rain always had my crying as a kid hahaha. I'm glad you guys got to witness this (questionable) masterpiece!
I'm surprised I never heard of this movie until today. The entire premise, besides the concept of "holographic performers" being revolutionary (see Hatsune Miku), is so ahead of its time and the creators were going ham on every aspect, and I love it.
I remember watching this movie so many times as a kid and the scene where Loretta dies in the end always made me cry. And it literally brought me to tears again now as an adult. This one will always be one my favorite Disney Channel original movies. And to clarify the whole jealousy thing between Loretta and Samantha: Samantha is jealous of Loretta because Roscoe would spend most of his time with her. Not only that but she had a crush on him as well. Loretta is jealous of Samantha because she's real and can feel everything a human can whereas Loretta cannot because she's artificial intelligence and A.I's can't have feelings as they're not programmed to.
Brooooooooo!!! I swear I thought this movie was a fever dream. I randomly remembered it the other day, but I didn't remember the name because I saw it when it came out and haven't seen it since. I didn't remember it being this insane, and seeing you two losing it was something else. Oh wow, I hadn't felt this way about a movie in a while, so this is a good thing. I'm glad it exists and I'm amazed Disney was brave enough to green-light this. I have to check it out again. I need a moment.
you guys understand the depth of this movie like no other commentary ive seen. the part where loretta entered the girl's mind as an act of self sacrifice like awakened a new part of my brain when i was a kid. realy enjoyable to see your reactions.
I LOOOVE that you guys are knowledgeable about films so cool watching you guys geek out on edits and plot lines so fun to watching someone else's passions
currently holed up in my uni library having an essay-writing crisis so this is a sign to have a break 🥲thank you for the laughs, it really does help when I’m stressed ❤️
Right?! The girls’ faces were so familiar to me but couldn’t recognize the movie at first and then it hit me (still don’t know the name of the movie lol)
omg i remember this movie from my childhood, but only a few scenes from it, like when she's malfunctioning and has 3 lips, and the scene when loretta and samantha are in her head playing the guitar and grass grows. that's all i remembered, and i never knew what movie it was from until now😂
I can’t believe this is a disney movie hahaha wth. the reactions today were pretty much exactly what I was thinking/feeling as well, which meant I spent the whole time trying to get through it without waking my roommate up lol.
God, your guys' reaction to the second half was priceless. That all had me laughing so hard. Also, your guys' ending? Are we gonna talk about that or...
I love how you guys were so freaked out by the ending. I always saw it as bittersweet and heartwarming. But it does seem kinda creepy now. Your reactions were the best 🤣
Thank you for reacting to this movie, it was ahead of its time. I remember being amazed when I first saw it. Your reaction to the ending was not expected from me and it was hilarious😂😂😂. And you made me realize this movie was the inspiration for that scene in Blade Runner 2049, guys you nailed this reaction this one beats Camp Rock with the joke of: "So Final Jam is coming up"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
this is so random 😭😭😭 i rewatched this movie a month ago because i always had a vague memory of me crying at the scene of loretta in the rain when i was like 4, its one of my first memories 💀
I remember watching this movie when it came out and I was trying to sing along to Notice Me, but I didn't know English at the time, so it ended up sounding like Simlish lol.
This movie was truly ahead of its time. I don’t know if you guys are aware but the pop group ABBA had holograms made of themselves in their prime and those holograms perform their latest concert ABBA Voyage. The technology is super impressive. In fact, they built an arena just for this specific concert experience. Look it up and check it out for yourselves. Who knew a concept explored in a 2004 DCOM would become reality in 2022?
NO WAY! I’d forgotten about this movie (and that ending too, holy…) and how much I used to liked it! This was nostalgic and hilarious at the same time for me lol I loved the reactions that this movie got out of you guys 😆
Omg, this video just autoplayed from your Euphoria one, and I never watched this movie before but I'm so glad I saw this video because WTF was that ending?! And I'm dead y'all were literally on crack this video 😂😂
Them Kirkland Beef Hotdog hit different my guy! Edit: Bruh Loretta being trapped in that tub thing reminds me of that one black mirror episode. And that Stephen King short story. Like the idea of your conscious being trapped in a endless void for an infinite amount of time is one of my worst fears.
Well you said "it's really not." Really not what? Impossible or possible? 8:28- 8:48 literally my thought process of when I joke, roast, or talk in general. 🤦🏾♀️😅
Yo, I'd pay for a Patreon subscription if it meant I could watch you guys watching New York Minute ft the Olsen Twins. It's the epitome of the films of the 00s . I loved it as a tween. Now, it's just a cringe fest. I'm sure you guys would find some humor in it 😜
Omgggggg I love this film - so glad I subscribed to Disney+ for these Disney classics 🥳🥳🥳 thanx for the reaction! Would you guys be able to do either of these: Cadet Kelly, Get a Clue, The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Hannah Montana The Movie, Jump In ? Thanks again for the awesome reaction!
ive rewatched this video at least 5 times and i have absolutely lost it laughing every single time, thank you aaron and jo for creating this masterpeice
it is fucking crazy that Blade Runner 2049 borrowed the fusion of ai girl/real girl and the rain scene from this Disney movie omg, and the parallels to the plot of Her.... this was wildly ahead of its time and influential wtf
Subscribe and smash like :)
If you liked that you should watch Now You See It or 13th Year, both are amazing Disney channel classics.
Only if I can smash y’all ;)

Still waiting for you guys to review the Goosebumps series
can't belive this was uploaded on my birthday and I'm only seeing this now.
i have been subscribed to this channel for about a year and i have NEVER seen aaron and jo so captivated on a plot holy cow
IKR LOL i was too
I’m in tears!!! 💀
fr i've seen all their videos and they've never freaked out this much lmao it was awesome to see
no seriously it was so fucking funny 😭
same hahahaha
No matter how different the main plot may be from a musical, Disney Channel Movies will ALWAYS revolve around a band
I have a theory that maybe the main writer of these movies was an aspiring musician that didnt get to reach success and ended up writing instead
I mean there's also lemonade mouth
This movie WAS ahead of its time and that scene when Loretta enters the Internet STILL has a chokehold on me. Thank you guys for watching one of my fav Disney Channel Original Movies and for recognizing its absurd greatness!
It honestly looks like a concept for black mirror
This comment captures all my feelings perfectly. Totally agree 😂😂🙏🏻💕
EXACTLY
It was soooo Y2K, I'm absolutely obsessed
the random bursts of laughter after an awkward silence crack me up every damn time
LITERALLY
They're so zonked in this one and it's entertaining as hell
I was wondering if anyone else was gonna notice that too lol
Aren’t they high in literally every react vid?
@@EmIdc yeah but they’re completely gone in this video lmfaooo
@@EmIdc I just got recommended their channel and have watched a handful already and this one they are so gone compared to other videos 😂
😂😂😂 omg i was looking for other comments that finally called it out! i wish they’d blaze on vid tho lmao cuz i be needing some company when i do 🤪🤣🌬️
This took so many directions and usually you can tell what’s coming next in a Disney movie but I couldn’t call anything. Disney was throwing shit together for this movie
I’ve never seen two grown men so captivated and childishly thrilled by a Disney movie but I’m glad I have
Video was laced w serotonin
This has been my absolute favourite reaction in awhile, the way you guys started having a breakdown at the end was hilarious
@inoy S exactly what I’ve been looking for
So funny 😂
I didn't expect that level of hype in the end from them and it was HILARIOUS😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
their reaction had me fking crying omg it was hilarious
The tone in this movie is all over the place; the abrupt shift into ominous creepiness when Loretta takes over Sam's body haunts me till this day. Rosco's created a goddamn monster here, and none of them seem to realize it!
I don’t see how Loretta was a monster. She hated not being real, she woke Sam up from her coma and did it knowing she wouldn’t be coming back.
7:34 why is no one talking about the fact that in that screensaver he’s a literal SPIDER who’s about to eat his LITERAL DAD
their reactions at the end were everything to me, honestly what a dramatic turn to the movie ☝️😀
I've never seen these men so invested in a movie plot before
this movie had me in a chokehold when I was little, Ricky Ullman was my first celebrity crush bc of Phil of the future
SAMEEE i thought he was so cute in phil of the future 😩 I don’t remember the plot but sometimes I randomly think of scenes from the show and im like “wtf was going on???”
lol i think ricky ullman was everyone’s crush in the 2000s
That cat game sponsor is the first time in my life that I have ever installed a game because of a app. The cat theme and relaxing atmosphere got me to download it. Thank you for convincing me already on a game about cats lol
I want to play it but I don't have a phone believe it or not. This is the only sponsor game I've wanted to try.
this is so dumb to ask but did you add the code? I also downloaded it bc it looked so nice to play at night but I can’t find where to put the code 💀
@@itsverooo yeah i cant find it either 😫
I know Aaron's a pretty good salesman
@@itsverooo it is under the settings on the top right corner
whos gunna tell aaron at 9:57 that holographic pop stars exist and they have concerts n theyre called vocaloid
Uh actually Gorillaz.
hatsune miku
Would love a reaction to that.
I just realized 2 months later that I said holographic and not hologram 😭 shout out to the 90 people who liked this and didn't correct me yall the real ones
You guys seriously bring up so many memories by doing all these old Disney movie reactions. Please keep doing it.
Seriously, the amount of repressed memories this channel has brought me is through the roof... it's getting kinda scary, not gonna lie.
i need them to do luck of the irish, smart house, read it and weep, the thirteenth year
Literally one of the most insane Disney films ever! Even my parents were obsessed with this when it came out.
shes supposed to be this "perfect" girl/performer, but they got her doing goofy ass dance moves :/
Not even dance, gymnastics. I don't understand it lmao
As a 27 year old this movie was my childhood. The scene where Loretta/Sam stands in the rain always had my crying as a kid hahaha. I'm glad you guys got to witness this (questionable) masterpiece!
That inside of a computer, internet maybe scene, terrifying and yet cool to me 😂
That scene when Loretta is in the Internet is the most drug addtic thing ever, and I fucking love it.
Jo singing the Johnny Cash version of Hurt is the hardest I’ve laughed in a while
I’ve never seen these two more emotive than watching this, and it’s amazing
I'm surprised I never heard of this movie until today. The entire premise, besides the concept of "holographic performers" being revolutionary (see Hatsune Miku), is so ahead of its time and the creators were going ham on every aspect, and I love it.

17:00 Jo’s expression is killing me throughout the ending
that double backflip was fucking crazy dude
Brooooooooo!!! I swear I thought this movie was a fever dream. I randomly remembered it the other day, but I didn't remember the name because I saw it when it came out and haven't seen it since. I love the freak outs that happened… got so dark so fast and they just lose it.
Love this channel and can't wait every week for a video. Thank you for watching terrible movies and condensing them so I don't have too.
lol this is such a wholesome comment
truly record breaking amount of attention they pay to this film
i have such a weird memory of this movie. i thought it was just a fever dream
loved how into it you guys were by the end lol
everyone always talks about how attractive jo is but what about aaron 💋💋
Jo is my type like to a T
aaron is so cute
Aaron supremacy 😌
They’re both cutie patooties
Bofem girllll
you guys understand the depth of this movie like no other commentary ive seen. the part where loretta entered the girl's mind as an act of self sacrifice like awakened a new part of my brain when i was a kid. realy enjoyable to see your reactions.
Whenever Loretta does a backflip
Aron and Jo looks like they had a gust of wind blown in their face.😂🌬
I LOOOVE that you guys are knowledgeable about films so cool watching you guys geek out on edits and plot lines so fun to watching someone else's passions
"hologram rockstar" hatsune miku ran so this movie could even stand a chance at walking
I was absolutely obsessed with this movie when it came out and for years after and i do not know what that says about me LOL
your reactions got me dying.. love the energy in this video
No way! I was hoping you’d do this but NEVER thought you would. This movie is nuts and I sort of love it.
This movie is wild as hell and tbh I canNOT believe they expected children to watch it and not be traumatized
currently holed up in my uni library having an essay-writing crisis so this is a sign to have a break 🥲thank you for the laughs, it really does help when I’m stressed ❤️
I hope it went well with your essay💕
The scene where we’re in Sam’s brain genuinely terrified me as a kid and I won’t lie, I was lowkey nervous af to see you guys watch it
Literally same, was just about to comment that 😭 some Grudge shit.
Unlocked some deep memories my dudes, had me busting my gut, keep up the great work🙏
Right?! The girls’ faces were so familiar to me but couldn’t recognize the movie at first and then it hit me (still don’t know the name of the movie lol)
the reactions in this were extraordinary. loved every second of it, thanks for making my morning better ❤️
I watched this movie back and couldnt stop laughing cause what is this, i swear this was the funniest video ive watched in forever 😭
I love how every time she backflips you guys just lose your mind MORE. 10/10
I recently rewatched this movie and had the same reactions as you two, this ending is INSANE
Falling in love with a sexy robot? Hey Ex Machina! Pixel Perfect did it first
Dude making his own waifu before it was cool.

Bruh the scene where she cartwheels off the stage and almost died traumatized me as a kid. 😭 This movie is way darker than i remember.
I remember this movie. It’s been stuck in my head and I am so excited to see them watching it!
I loved this movie as a kid, and I had a huge crush on Sam - her singing voice 😍 my awakening to beauty of low-toned female singing voices
11:14 I can't believe she's asking a literal search 'engine' for help, the writers were too good lol
17:35 She is controoooolling the lightning. I can't 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

🎼 “There’s no difference between the teardrops and the rain…” ☔️🙌🏾
That song was sung beautifully tbh
Aww, look at little Leah Pipes. This movie was just an acid trip.💀 But When The Rain Falls and Notice Me are bops❕
I remember watching this movie when it came out and I was trying to sing along to Notice Me, but I didn't know English at the time, so it ended up sounding like Simlish lol.
Wow, I forgot about this movie. I used to love it, so it's great to see clips of it here. The reactions are hilarious in this one 😆
I'm supposed to be writing an essay. But thank you for this nevertheless. Y'all made my day😂
Same ❤️ I’m supposed to study! also jo was trippin 😂😂😂

The cinematic parallels between the shot as 2:34 and that one T2 Trainspotting shot.

Omg, this video just autoplayed from your Euphoria one, and I never watched this movie before but I'm so glad I saw this video because WTF was that ending?! And I'm dead y'all were literally on crack this video 😂😂

Y’all should react to smart house , the thirteenth year or don’t look under the bed. Those movies are wild from Disney!
Don’t look under the bed would be SO good
did me dirty putting that shot from parasite in there that shot removes my soul from my body every time
15:30 I literally thought I dreamed this scene as a child lmaooo I should've known I wasn't *that* funny
I remember watching this movie when I was a kid and the scene where they change bodies both amazed and traumatized me for life
"A hologram? Will people just accept this?"
You guys heard of Vocaloid? 😏
Well you said "it's really not."
Really not what? Impossible or possible?
8:28- 8:48 literally my thought process of when I joke, roast, or talk in general. 🤦🏾♀️😅

😜
Lol I was obsessed with that movie and now I barely remember the plot.
Haha love you guys! Please watch The Other Me with Andrew Lawrence sometime. D-COMS were seriously on another level back then!

Aaron describing the lil cat game was so comfy that it made me attracted to men again
No way this video is still under 100k views. This has to be one of the funniest videos I’ve seen in a while
