與臨床心理學家對話| Conversation with a clinical psychologist | ReMINDer

我們是ReMINDer，一個成立於2019年6月，由大學生領導的香港精神健康倡導組織。我們致力推廣與改善大眾的精神健康，以及消除社會對精神疾病患者的歧視。
為了描繪精神疾病患者從診斷到康復的過程，我們將定期發布影片，内容包括精神疾病冷知識及精神健康真人圖書館。這條影片屬於精神健康真人圖書館的系列。
我們訪問了利雪兒小姐，她是香港臨床心理學家公會及香港心理學會的注冊臨床心理學家。這是我們與她的訪問片段，利小姐向大家分享了臨床心理學家如何治療抑鬱症患者、她觀察到的抑鬱症患者的生活以及她對本港精神健康的個人看法。

We are ReMINDer, a Hong Kong mental health advocacy group founded in June 2019 and led by university students. We envision an environment that promotes improved mental wellbeing and the eradication of social stigma and discrimination against the mentally ill.
To depict the journey of mental health patients from diagnosis to recovery, we will publish videos regularly. Our content ranges from Mental Disorder 101 and Mental Health Human Library. This video belongs to the “Mental Health Human Library” series.
We interviewed Ms. Mary Lee, a registered clinical psychologist at the Hong Kong Institute of Clinical Psychologists and the Hong Kong Psychological Society. This is our interview clip with her, in which Ms. Lee shared how clinical psychologists treat depression patients, her observations on depression patients’ lives, as well as her personal opinions on mental health in Hong Kong.

政府精神科排幾年，私家臨床心理學科收費國過千，結果就是繼續生活，繼續唔開心，被批評 點解唔睇開D啦，你自己轉牛角尖有咩用啊！
