Peter, my biggest struggle from work is that, I don’t allow myself to make mistake, but of course I made mistakes. Every time I will judge and criticize myself so much after a mistake was made.
I understand your situation! Relax, no one is perfect. Every mistake is an opportunity for growth, so don’t be too hard on yourself. Try viewing your mistakes as a learning process and appreciate your progress. Try to get rid of the strict evaluation of yourself, you are worthy of embracing yourself! 💪

我見D consultant 仲要幫自己個客同D員工用D偏方理論講鬼活先最恐怖
例如口講話develop 一個人的skill 調佢去第二個部門但係唔support (冇人交手、冇比需要的resources) 然後又話佢唔capable 冇 teamwork。然後請唔夠經驗的人做position 但係又唔比有經驗的同事做番。跟本D management 就係忌材
exactly就系我上一份工既Management style,个用工环境太恶劣,我入职未够三个礼拜就辞职了。顶唔顺,太stressful,宜家边揾工边睇紧心理医生。toxic workplace。

請問peter, 我自細因為屋企人既偏心同批評搞到覺得好無自信唔敢出聲。有social anxiety 同人講野會好緊張好無自信好驚。
跟住會亂咁講野,講完自己一個果陣又會不停諗我頭先唔應該咁講,又或者比人恰果陣個腦好似停左咁唔識轉唔識反應。
請問有無方法可以改善??
明白你嘅挑戰,放輕鬆,社交焦慮係可以克服嘅。嘗試深呼吸同靜觀,同埋搵相處舒服嘅朋友練習溝通,慢慢就會變得自信,如果覺得原生家庭影響好大可以考慮搵專業人士幫幫手。不時提醒自己,每個人都有犯錯同成長嘅空間,唔使太苛求自己。你可以㗎!
