Even better for many people, rather than having the potential to use a muscle category many exercises he demonstrates MAKE you target a specific muscle, well done! I've been around and observed many trainers through the years. For the general population the worst trainers do the same thing over and over, the best ones find variations not just every 4-6 weeks but every single session for their clients. Plus he is to the point, haven't seen any fake weights yet (Betting we won't unless it's in a comedic video), and there is the occasional funny joke or two. 👍👍

I do single legged hip thrusts with a resistance band spanned out between the bottom of my door and under my bed and then sit under the band and thrust up, it's such a great workout
I have been watching Ryan's videos for some months now and honestly saying I don't know much about how today's fitness freaks achieve their gods like physic and I am quite sure that a normal person with a normal job can't achieve that kind of physic. But when I found this channel what impressed me most is how Ryan looks strong and in shape yet still (to me) he looks like a 100% natural guy and if I worked hard I might get a decent and healthy body without caring about all the supliments and Other things. In my opinion this type of physic should be more popular rather than a physic that looks enhanced with extremely low body fat % for which you have to be constantly worried about your sups, shakes and juices rather than your life and family. I have extremely week glutes which has been giving me hip issues and lower back problem, not to mention tight hamstrings. After doing this for one day I could already see I was able to bend forward from the hips a few centimetres more than before. ❤
another side benefit is doing these glute exercises in public like at the park on a bench... I have found that social distancing is not a problem at all, people seem to stay a lot farther away than 6 feet, especially after doing the feet together hip thrusts and those squats moving my knees in and out. no one came anywhere near me after doing those.
I normally squat with 176+ pounds and any at home workout would be too light for me! But with this workout paired with your second at home glute video is working great! Thank you so much!
At 82 in July, I noticed my Glutes, were getting flabby. These are a bit much for me, but I’ll adapt them. Never thought I’d ever have a flabby butt, but I did. Nice to know, I can work on them.Thanks. PS, maybe adapt your method for us Seniors.
Ryan, try your spin on the 5 basic plié positions in ballet. Ballet dancers have rock solid glutes and legs. I usually stick to 1-3. Maybe you can make the last two less awkward?
Don't know why, but the first double hip press didn't quite hit it. Poor flexibility, don't know. But the single hip was great. Even though I couldn't keep the other leg completely elevated, I just used it to lightly keep me balanced. Happy to find this.
Your a big bro, and very sharp looking. I run everyday for about a hour, and swim most days. I like long lean muscle for myself and find if I do weights my legs get really big fast. So I do a lot of stretching instead. Cheers for the videos...

As a former firefighter, the witt and no b s. approach drew me in. But as a lifter in my mid 40s, I deal with the usual aches and pains. Lately it's a good dose of inner elbow pain that won't go away. Any way you can do a video for tips and tricks to get past that injury(golfers elbow).
I also find I have a better connection when I make ridiculous facial expressions 😂 I'm just playing, I love your videos and they have had a huge impact on how I workout and the results I'm getting
