I’ve Done a Bunch of These That The Fuel Lines Come Apart Internally And Look Like a Sausage Casing When You Pull Them Apart 😳😀 Nice Repair Brother You Covered All The Bases Well 😊👍🏼
I like how you address things. Beginners and need to know items are different. Your experience and normal tuneup parts makes a huge difference. Great info. Thanks.
Thanks. Its hard to let people hear whats happening while talking. I also realize its hard to read text while watching a screwdriver. If I wasn't on the clock I'd set up another camera with a close up shot of the adjusting screws.
Dunb question time. So slightly leaning out the H mixture just past 4 stroking is a safe method? Reason I'm asking is I think I may have caused piston/cyl damage many years ago on a nice little Stihl 011.
Is it safe? Maybe. I never use this method on something like a brushcutter that is pinned at full throttle for longer periods. Those metal brush blades tend to let the engine rev really high.
Hi, can i have your opinion on a 122c? I couldn’t get it running (well, not the normal way anyway). It got compression and spark and i can get it run with a little bit of fuel sprayed into carb hole but it stop when the fuel is gone. Prime bulb does pull fuel somehow doesn’t prime (spark plug seems dry when checked). Thanks
If the primer works but the plug is dry then the problem is either in the carb, a plugged spark arrestor screen or a major air leak. The last two don't allow air to move through the carb, into the engine and out the exhaust.
@@TheGreasyShopRag i think its the carb but not too sure because when i injected fuel and make it run the fuel leaked via the air vent hose (the one that clipped to the body that have a sponge filter). I cleaned the spark arrester so thats definitely not the problem. At this stage im going to replace the carb and see how it goes from there. Thanks champ
I like your presentation on these small engines.
Thanks!
Scotty thanks for the onscreen "tune-splaining".
You're welcome. I hope it helped explain what I was doing.

I don't like that type of fuel line. I've seen many where the "liner" has pulled out and twisted while there is still a filter hanging from it.

Thanks and thanks for watching!
Great explanation with the tuning.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge, coming to you from Central Florida
Thanks for watching!
Nothing like the sound of an engine running right again!!
Song for my ears
Thanks for watching!
Good job and in the end it now runs smoothly
Thanks. Ya it didn't run too bad for their smallest gas powered trimmer.
Running great again! Well done!
Thanks for watching! Later.
Rock on brother 🤛
Awesome

Well alrighty then.

@@meomun1329 That sounds like a reasonable plan. Good luck with the repair.
