Kai I’ve experienced that pull ups when working out chest helps so much because your back is the secondary movement so once that’s all warmed up ..when your at bottom of the chest movement the secondary muscles (back) is now loaded and it will help with the push , it’s inversely proportional

What I like about kia’s channel is he doesn’t do a workout in 5 minutes, like most weight lifting channels, oh really you just worked back in 10 minutes.
Doing dips and then pull ups seems like a good way to get blood flow to the rotator cuffs and shoulders. So I may help to some degree to prevent injuries when doing any pressing movements. Well that's my though.
