    Kai's the only person I know that promotes another man who's trying to make it with no price to pay, just out of kindness of heart. Even that guy was surprised haha, so much respect for Kai! Wish I was him 😂

      @Trenacetate43 6 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      When he said 6-8 rep ranges bulked up your shoulders and 8-12 builds strength. I was like wtf? Still better than an average personal trainer though. But then all personal trainers know jackshit about training and diet, only the very basic that you can learn in a week.

    I saw this again because of the wisdom Kai has. Lj started of fairly humble really, he wasnt rude it's just that hes humble yet confident and got a bit of sarcastic humor to his personality. I really like how Kai directly complimented LJ's viewpoint or execution yet indirectly tried to correct him. Shows great integrity.

    Kai did a good job including El with workouts on what's his favorite, does he have any input etc. El did a good job paying attention and asking detailed questions to get better. Good duo. Nice video.

  • @9thwardJust
    @9thwardJust 8 ปีที่แล้ว +62

    I find it a little aggravating that this guy is constantly trying to give "tips" while he's doing his sets. You're with Kai to learn not to showcase what you think you know. Even the questions that he asks seem to be done in a manner to test Kai's knowledge rather than to obtain information that he didn't already know. Crazy!

    Yes loving it! For Kai or anyone (I will listen I am not a stubborn prick despite my experience in training always good to listen and learn). My upper chest is pretty much massive same for the middle, but the lower not so much, why is that? And most importantly what has helped you guys that can I do that will help me the most to start to get some serious mass on my lower chest. Keep being KING Kai much love and blessings my friend!

  • @jayayy655

    Could tell this dude was nervous as hell being put on the spot having to come up with perfect answers in front of Kai and infront of a camera. It's bad enough having to speak with a camera shoved infront of your face if it's not something you're used to, never mind with Kai next to you lol. He didn't give out the most knowledgeable information, but after all he is training with one of the GOATS and we ain't. One of the best learning curves anyone could get.

    Any reason Kai is not locking out his dips? I guess to keep the tension on the chest and take out the tricep?

      Chris Exactly right, locking out relieve tension, and will not promote growth. Time under tension..

    • @jc30005
      @jc30005 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Chris his reason is to keep away from using too much triceps as he is looking to warm up his chest and shoulders more
