Good review! Love my '19 Ranger FX4. These trucks are best in class by far. Superb powertrain engineered for performance & longevity. Biggest frame in class. 14kmis on mine so far. No issues whatsoever. Just change oil w/full synthetic 5w30 an always run premum 93 fuel for the 300hp :) - NW Ohio.
Have '19 Ranger XLT FX4 crew cab. Bought 15mos ago/ 14kmis. After a careful break- in for 1kmis ..i switched to "full synthetic" 5w30 motor oil right away & enjoy driving daily. Superb powertrain! Best in class by far. Excellent build quality. This truck was overengineered. Super smooth & solid. Very happy w/this truck. My son wants one now!
Got a 2019 and love it super cab model with the fx4 package and chrome package XLT couldn't be happier with it

Who in the world wouldn’t want a factory sprayed bedliner??? I really want to meet the guy who doesn’t want that. Why aren’t spray on bed liners standard on all pickups??? Like I said who doesn’t want it??

I have a 2020 Ranger and love it. The only negative I have found so far (1,500 miles) is the heater. There are only two fan positions and my wife and I cannot find a way to warm our feet.
A/C is pretty wimpy too, no jump in, fire the a/c and go to town coolly ! By the time you hit town it will be kickin' in !
Plus the milegas is terrible on mine. Started @ 17mpg.
I'm looking to get a new pickup and was looking at this same model, just hope it will pull our 2 horse trailer ok. Have owned several of the old Rangers and loved them.

@@daghostxxx1797 Already bought a 2020 Lariat and absolutely love it, it tows our 2 horse Featherlite trailer with ease. I do have the tow package so it will tow up to 6500 pounds. We don't go far when towing the horse trailer but I wouldn't be afraid to tow it up to Ohio from Florida. I was really surprised at how well the truck does when towing. It really is a great little truck.
I think I'm up to five of them, all different models, the new 2020 is definitely different !
Wonder if they adjusted/fixed the suspension before they gave it to him.

Thank you for the video. I look for these reviews as my clique will explain Thanks for sharing your video. I’d like to offer my (a Ranger owner) critique. I am trying to exert some influence on FORD. > The relatively new to the US market Ford Ranger is a mediocre vehicle. This is due to the manufacturer’s lack of both ethical and sensible business practices. I speak from first hand experience, having purchased a 2019 Lariat crew cab. There is a great amount of irony associated with this critique because this truck has a lurking potential for greatness. Just look at it, then drive it, it is impressive. It delivers a ride that a full size pick-up just can not match. So what’s my gripe? One engine no options and there should be, even though the stock engine performs just fine. The same applies to having a stick shift available. The rear seat is one piece, a folding seat adds so much versatility. The bed lacks all the extras that make your truck functional, Power plugs and storage compartments and the tailgate just flops down, without the easy access system. Inside the Lariat trim is not a Lariat trim, it isn’t even an XLT. Missing are memory seat function for two, vertical power seat adjustment, heated steering wheel, power sliding rear window. etc. The 2020 model changed nothing. Also consider that the truck was available in foreign markets, did they delete some components to save money? This isn’t the first blunder Ford has made, the scrimpy mentality and lack of foresight that brought us the “Pinto” is still galloping around in the Ford corral. As I stated there is a bit of irony in my critique, I like this truck perhaps if they didn’t call my truck a Lariat I would not be so bent out of shape. Since I first started posting this I’ve had some remarks mostly positive however a few guys said that those options don’t belong on truck. Of course then neither does a nearly $50K price tag. Truthfully todays trucks can come fully loaded with a bed on the back for work and hauling. I once purchased an F 150 XLT that was much better equipped than my current Lariat. I am trying to tell Ford to treat their customers better, they are the reason Ford exist. Ford has recently announced that there are upgrades available to the Ranger most along the lines of the not for sale in US, Ranger Raptor. Also there is a tailgate damper available for 50 bucks. They should have put that on my 46K dollar truck (cheap)
I see the same issues w/my 2020 ! Fuel mileage is TERRIBLE ! Started out @ 17mpg, now trying to bump 20mpg, barely ! I was getting that out of my 2000 Ranger trade-in + a v6 engine that kicked ! Brakes seem mushy to me, not sure I could stop it in an emergency ? And weirdly enough, the switch-blade key is stuck shut and you can't open it without pliers !!!

On the Lariat 38-45k. Just bought a 2020 lariat a few days ago. You can get better kick backs on the 2020s right now vs the 2021. If you do not need 4x4 probably even a little cheaper.
