This compilation is so great because you see Devoe progressively get more and more twisted. He starts killing people for no good reason, and that makes him increasingly unsettling.

@@trueblue6201Bloodwork had time to turn into the villain through a lot of episodes. Good character building, but I don’t think he was given enough good dialogue and stakes against the Flash. The writing for the rest of the seasons was kinda bad.
@Tesseract.2012 He did though. Devoe killed every bus meta Barry tried to protect. Devoe literally only lost twice. First when his wife left him and second when his mind was erased allowing Ralph to regain his body.
