the reverse flash is so fast not only he can make afterimages of himself, he can also do different things with it as well, like he so fast he can make himself omnipresent , just like this one scene where Nora and Barry were chasing him and he splits in two for Barry and Nora to chase him on different locations was a thing of beauty to see

Throughout Season 8 is probably the last time we are going to see Tom Cavanagh as The Reverse Flash and he was always My Favorite Actor for him But I’am Happy that Matt Letscher gets to Play Eobard Thawne one last time in Season 9.

I'm annoyed that in Season 8 Reverse-Flash didn't fight his last fight against the Flash with Matt's face. More than anything because I would have liked to see it with the original face.
We will see matt's reverse flash in this final season & they did it because tom's reverse flash is the older & more experience reverse flash so it was only right that he chose to wear his WellsEobard face in his final battle against Barry

@@byonemesis which is also why Thawne was teaming up with at the final episode of season 7 against Godspeed not because he wanted to be a hero but to kill Barry himself not Godspeed and he knows that he has no chance against Godspeed by himself which is why he teamed up with Barry.
@@kurollosyaakoub5195 Actually, he has, as much as Barry can take August Heart down. The only reason they teamed up was because of his speed boost he got from absorbing his clones and having organic speed. But yeah, Thawne will NEVER let anyone else kill Barry except himself.

For a villain who got killed and erased thawne was in all of the 9 seasons in the flash. Season 1 He was the main villain. Season 2 his timeline remnant. Season 3 flashpoint. Season 4. Crisis on earth X. Season 5 was the side villain. Season 6 took over nash wells body. Season 7 killed Godspeed. Season 8 was technically the main villain. Season 9 negative speedforce resurrection.

Each speedster produces a sound when they're running. A side effect of the Speed Force, or rather, in Thawne's case, the Negative Speed Force.

@@jaspereditsz4009 Yes it was. The only changes Thawne made was adding a nanotech mask and changing his lightning emblem to match the SS forces. But aside those changes, Thawne still used the same suit he had from the original timeline before he screwed it all up in 2000.

Thawne actually saved the Flash. First it was in the original timeline when he was supposed to vanish during the anti-monitor crisis. He traveled back in time with him and changed the timeline. In the post-flashpoint timeline he manipulated Nora to alter the timeline again. He was in prison with Cicada's dagger, because the future Flash is dead as a result of crisis and he left Thawne trapped there so he won't rampage when he's gone. He caused the crisis events to shift and in result Barry survived. He doesn't really want Barry dead. During the reverse flashpoint he didn't erase him without a trace, he gave Barry a negative speed force and his own place.
He went back in time to kill Barry and found out that he isn’t able to or he would never become the Reverse Flash. He never went back to prevent Crisis until it benefitted him for manipulating Nora
This is not fair every time every villian was very close to beat flash but his teammates came to help him
When time wraith brought flashpoint eobard back in legend of tomorrow season 7 to protect fix point and negative speedforce brought him back just to let the reverse flash from season 1 to season 8A and season 8B in the flash to come back

This is what happened in the flashbacks in 1x17 "Tricksters", after Thawne killed Wells and stole his body. He buried his body, the same body that Joe, Cisco and Quentin found in 1x19.

Be it on Earth-1 or Earth-Prime, it still occurs like this : Thawne buried Wells' body until Cisco, Lance and West find him again. What Thawne didn't know is that Wells survived because of Nash Wells' sacrifice to power up the Artificial Speed Force. So yes, I know what happened. You should watch again (and watch your language)
